It was a rousing smash. Thanks to the much nicer weather it was much harder to keep track of who attended and where they were - but it looks like we had a fantastic turnout. I'm already starting to plan the next Fells Point M&G - mark your calendars for Sunday, April 11th, 2010. Cheers! Sunday April 19th. 12-6PM Market Square in Fells Point By circular bench near the water. Get there early if you want to shop at the flea/antique market! We'll meet here until about 1 or 2pm. After that, we'll probably be scattered, though some people will undoubtedly be at Max's on Broadway. With 150 people attending, we won't be hard to find. This is mostly an outdoor M&G. There Lots of great opportunities for street shooting. Fells point is on the water so you get wharfs, cobblestone streets, old row homes, narrow alleys, cool trees, etc. Lots of cool industral Baltimore in the background. We will have at least the same access to Max's on Broadway that we did last year. Parts of Max's are 18&up, but most of it is >21. Max's is at 737 South Broadway in Baltimore We're timing this to coincide with the "Second Sunday Antique Market" - which will be held on the 3rd Sunday in April due to Easter. Second Sunday Fair It's a great place to look for props, and the large crowd makes us less conspicuous on a otherwise not too busy Sunday afternoon. I placed a request for 'Awesome' weather with the National Weather Service, but apparently they don't take requests. I told them they should change their name - it's misleading. Fells Point Info Where or What is Fells Point? It's a small corner of Baltimore located just to the right of Inner Harbor.
