I don't think it's a filter. Looks like cross-processing in curves.

secondly if you are mimicking a early Kodachrome shot you are forgetting it is more than just tone-curves.
there is vignetting, film deterioration, and a major lack of a calibrated camera.

"Print screen" on your keyboard and crop to taste in the software of your choice? :p not really that hard. I have no idea if it's the same on Mac keyboards.

Mac:
Shift+CMD+3 for full screen
Shift+CMD+4 for crop

try this method:

go to image>adjustments>exposure then move the "offset" slider up a little bit
(depends on what you want) it will reduce the overall contrast of the photo. then Okay and after that play with the tone-curves smile
