Would love to know.

You have some nice pictures in your port but unless you remove some of the weaker ones you may not be able to attract paying clients.
I understand per your profile you started shooting for friends and family and let me tell you it is the right way to polish skills.
Your best is this https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110520/21/4dd73d3113dd2_m.jpg amazing sun set , listed
lighting is great on this one https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110520/21/4dd73bed2e25b_m.jpg

and removing those will not be a big loss for various reasons
https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/23112436 (light is dark and flat, looks more like a snapshot from a throw away camera)
https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/23148774 (she is showing the ring but she looks a bit funny and perspective is not flattering her- always avoid wide angles with "big" people. smile
https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110523/12/4ddab62292787_m.jpg her face is burned, lifeless expression, she looks shorter then reality from this angle and shoes are cropped.
this https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110520/21/4dd73c8b9106a_m.jpg would be excellent if
1-photosop out the dude at the right side in the back.
2-crankup the contrast to make the shadows and highlights to stand out.

as a general remarque I can tell you that a strict minimum photoshop skills are required in this day an age. You can save a lot of pictures in your port if you could give a try. wink
for instance this https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/090520/21/4a14da75b4b9f_m.jpg is too yellow for me, it is a very cute catch.
Again just like fat subjects never come this close https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110520/21/4dd73e5b52a6e_m.jpg to short subjects because your wide angle lens will deform the head and shorten the body from this angle.
you show some promises, keep clicking. smile

Great work overall, and you certainly know how to shoot nylons as witnessed here https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110329/22/4d92be3b4ad60_m.jpg listed. Great job, beautiful lighting and sharp focus needed to see timeless shimmer and beauty of those nylon clad legs, the details of expensive lingerie, not to mention the stunning model selection.
This is your second best https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110213/16/4d58732772295_m.jpg stunning eyes and styling.
light appear a bit flat in your outdoor shoot .
but colors are well saturated, https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/100926/23/4ca03543c5193_m.jpg great contrast, gorgeous backgrounds and well posed pictures like this https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110411/20/4da3c29be8aa8_m.jpg in general.
Keep it up

Ok another drop dead gorgeous model, love your port.
you have 2 eye catching thumbs jumping out immediately even if they are at the bottom.
first one is this https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110303/16/4d702c0348e7a_m.jpg but don't like your eyebrows and
second one I like the best  https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/091214/18/4b26f4cf4fc70_m.jpg nice style and look. listed
This is your best https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/090823/17/4a91d8cde54df_m.jpgand I usually do not like fake or doped photos, but I love this post work as it looks like a painting. Kudos to all involved.
I find your posing very professional and regardless of what you pose for you look great. All your angles are good and you would make any photographer shine.

Lets hear it.

Well I love your proportions and how classy you look even in your risqué poses and outfits.
I like also your straightforward attitude and humble expression on your profile
quoting you "Don't let my "sexy" photos fool you. I am quite the goofy person, borderline dorky"
Actually I find that goofy/dorky people I worked with, can be better and sexier posers, because they can be molded much easier to a given concept then a seasoned "I know it all" kind of personality.
I love your confidence in this https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/101225/01/4d15b4094b3b1_m.jpg but the photo does not do justice to your beauty, it is not sharp enough, the light is a bit flat and the chair and the location makes this shot a “so so”.
Your best look is this even if I am unable to listhttps://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110105/20/4d254430e33a6_m.jpg because the cropping is a bit tight and the background is almost as busy and almost same color tones as your hair.
I am not so crazy about this https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/081125/02/492bac3028e0f_m.jpg don’t like the post work.
On some BW photos like this
https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/19363536 shadows make your tummy bigger then actual (as your left side blends in with the background).
this is https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/100907/21/4c870c35129f5_m.jpg much better
This is my fav and very cute lookhttps://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/070130/19/45bfe929b42e5_m.jpg love the face expression and make up, listed.
Because of your generous proportions, you can do two things, either hide behind dull colored outfits or take a “to your face” attitude and pose in flashy colors, which I would prefer.
You are a beautiful woman and you know it. I wish the thogs you worked with knew as well, because I don’t see evidence of that except in few shots.
Your features are underutilized in your port.
Keep shooting, you are gorgeous. wink

I don't like to critique retouchers much, retouching is an art in its own. I will tell you this much retouching and altering photos for me are 2 different things.
Copy paste layering scenes is not retouching, making pimples disappear is retouching.
I like to keep things simple and I don't like much doped, color shifted photos where at some  point they become so fake that it bothers me to look at them. big_smile
You have only 6 pictures in your port, they are all cool.
This is one of your best work https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/090210/14/4991fb00d5db4_m.jpg
the model looks unnatural in this, her glance is also flawed https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110522/19/4dd9c8167560e_m.jpg and the water base line on the ship is way off smile meaning too low left side wave disappeared and the base line is perfectly horizontal and unnatural.
Since no shadow of the ship is cast on the water it looks very fake. The outfit of the model is also a long stretch to match that era.
in this https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/080721/19/488515b1d5c4b_m.jpg the retouched version lost hair details
this one is your second best https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/081222/16/495037848dde4_m.jpg is really beautiful
keep it up, obvious skills but I don't see MM's very experienced category warranting as your skill tag on the profile.

Very gorgeous look, great job Christine.
Love this https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110522/19/4dd9c9aa3f028_m.jpg but upon close inspection I find it a bit out of focus. Your cheeks lack contrast and washed out. It is definitely out of focus where it needed to be because your hair on your shoulder is much sharper then your eyes. Blur on the earring is obvious.
nice color on this https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/100828/19/4c79bf2f14dbe_m.jpg but make up is meh for me:) Nail polish stands out better.
This fashion shot https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/100727/14/4c4f53a74b400_m.jpg is a miss. It is shot in a residential area and the gate in the back is ugly. The sun glare mess up the detail of your make up and outfit, it is a distraction and causes your features (like earrings) to wash out. (deleting  would not be a big loss)
I like your natural look here https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/090408/15/49dd2ad9405a0_m.jpg
Your best is https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/100318/20/4ba2ebdbe07ce_m.jpg listed
I see many missed opportunities in your fashion shots, not your fault.
You may want also add some more urban/ country commercial looks

Well it will take you some time to get there.
You need to work on your lighting.
I like this a lot, you really took advantage of her ink to come out through the classic dress https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110513/10/4dcd6cdc6ec2a_m.jpgand perhaps playing with photoshop might improve it in a contrast level I like to see.
Great model selection big_smile I love her https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110325/10/4d8cd05ac4f4a_m.jpg however color saturation and flat illumination makes this photo look darker.
The foreground subject's flesh tones mixes with the background, but I commend you on your framing those gorgeous curves, excellent angle and cropping.
I find this https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110331/13/4d94e654e00a6_m.jpg cute and an excellent concept, not seen elsewhere much.
Keep up the good job. Experiment on indoor shoots as well smile

I like how you photograph the female form, like this https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110503/15/4dc081850b7fe_m.jpg
you have some good erotic feel on this https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/17698776
but the collage is too small and cropping is too tight to judge the light which is a bit "meh".

I see a lot of sneakers in your photos and I hate them in general especially worn with nylons so I will skip commenting on those 2
+18 but that's just me.
https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/17666069
https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/17666086
and there is more

Your best pantyhose glamour  shot is thishttps://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/100516/02/4befba39a7ca4_m.jpg geting some glitter and glance of the heels there smile
some images have hue shift to yellow https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/17983675 I am not sure if it was done on purpose.
Your lighting is a bit flat except on few photos, other then that, I like your layouts and concepts like this https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/17666054
keep it up, very  interesting work, and a lot of room for improvement.
It would not hurt to add outdoor shoots in your port.

You look gorgeous.
I saw some nice additions since my last visit.
let's start with headshots
They are either too bright or too dark for my taste.
on this https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/100924/11/4c9cf1320a4d1_m.jpg retouching is bad because all the edges of your face is burned.
great make up though smile as opposed to too dark on this https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110407/05/4d9da768e11ae_m.jpg
In your recent pics I like this series https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110503/17/4dc09b9aad02d_m.jpg are nice, especially with the violin concept https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110505/12/4dc3005127bcc_m.jpg I would have listed if it was a full height shot.
Oh well.
I am not so crazy about the smirk here on this one https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110519/16/4dd5a4d6d1b04_m.jpg, and there was no need to put a chair by the edge of the desk to shoot you. Big distraction that takes away the charm of this shot.

This is a great shot, showing your profile https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110523/18/4ddb0ecf82940_m.jpg and gorgeous curves.
not so crazy about girl girl shoot here https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/22843450 +18 light is great but holding is wrong, your partner's hands on your shoulders does not send me the right vibes. I like some symmetrical positioning that I feel creates better sensual mood.
this is probably best of your nudes https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/22843487 +18 great emotional pose and very good light despite the little burn on face and lack of the field depth causing bluring from your breasts down.
you may want to delete this https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/23129647
in this https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/22871742
shoot angle bothers me.

Your outdoor shots are nice. Careful selection of yellow color is outstanding with the surrounding area.https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/100624/12/4c23ac2b48cae_m.jpg gorgeous location
keep it up, add some plain Jane style pictures, you have too many glamour shots.

you picked real gorgeous models, but you need to work more on lighting especially on black and white work.

and in your port the first eye catcher is this https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110521/08/4dd7d7fdd7fb6_m.jpg I like the post job buth the background is totally washed out, therefore i am not listing it. Perhaps that is the effect wanted but not my taste in pictures.
great make up in that picture.
This is your best look https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110417/02/4daaad922af0a_m.jpg but wished was higher contrast.
gorgeous eyes in this https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110225/05/4d67b44aa337a_m.jpg and beautiful figure. Listed
this would have been better https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110414/08/4da7189d6bed0_m.jpgwithout the crates.
this is a great bw https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110516/20/4dd1e806b27b7_m.jpg but you are not alone in it.
can be removed https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/23116540
https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/23197870 too dark and does not add much, weakens your port.
keep it up , super job!

Please help me out... Im just now starting to feel that I have work which is decent enough to post on the MM boards. Just starting out here, but please do not take it easy on me. I take CC well and will learn from what you have to say to me.

Hello,
I love your bw Hollywood glamour work, excellent job here https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/100903/12/4c814a465b641_m.jpg

in this bw work I feel the vintage vibeshttps://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/090803/13/4a774f7e615ad_m.jpglisted but probably would come out better without tattoos on her thigh. Listed.
You are very fond of nylons and this one is an eye catcher https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110327/15/4d8fb513898bc_m.jpg listed.
your work is well exposed with excellent contrast in lighting and your portraits are awesome. You have also timeless classics like this https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110327/11/4d8f861626689_m.jpg listed
Great mastery of light, taste and nostalgia sums up your great skills and beautiful work.
Keep clicking, great job
