Your edits appear natural
Your obsession with roses on the head of pretty models is remarkable.
Often model posing is meh
try to better coach models your photos could be better story tellers.
You have too many of the same model look and style in your port.
Diversify a bit and don't get stuck with just one type of theme.

your shoot style is pretty generic, you are unable to override model expression effectively, you need to add some zing to your work. The lingerie shots are mostly boring the way they are posed and selection of items worn by models will make real men yawn.

OK sword pics do very little for me.
Not many pictures in your port and none of them reflects any significant experience in modeling.
You need to establish camera connection and believe in what you do.
I haven't seen anything  as edgy, sultry, quirky, in your port as claimed in your profile bio.
Work harder and find a photographer that can show the best you have to offer. You have potential. Add pictures that you can use such as a real head shot, casual, formal and swimwear looks if you want to increase the chances to get hired.

In this I like your look but in many photos I have the feeling of seeing an "instagram" filter  which I dislike.
Keep it simple, this is not the photographer's port, if I had you to hire, I needed a plain polaroid, decent headshot with no make up and a body shot in bikini. Where are they?

My view in general about retouching is : " a necessary evil" ; sometime can be avoided sometime can't be avoided.
Now, many photographers doing freelance creative art work think that  if the work is retouched by someone else other then them then it feels like someone else is raising your baby.
I like your work although not earth shattering and certainly better then mine but all is subjective in this field.
