give me a good idea on how you look.
most of your poses are neutral and this one https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/131110/14/528003ac4ea05_m.jpg is great but would prefer it wasn't shot on a seamless.
My fav https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/131010/22/525788a318bc8_m.jpg
even if edit is not earth shattering good.
Your best https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/131119/08/528b8bf9b0990_m.jpg
nothing to list at this time, keep shooting and you'll do well in high fashion editorial and casual wear. watch your poses, in those below I don't buy your mood nor feel the emotion.

Well you have a beautiful face and body and I will spare you how I feel about your tattoos vis a vis your modeling career. smile
Your posing and expression come across as a lot better in earlier work then recent ones.
Your posing needs however some work often time lifeless or too generic except on this one https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/130810/11/52068223836f6_m.jpg where I see some lifeform.
Your worst https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/130804/01/51fe10815ebc0_m.jpg
I prefer your blond look. My fav and a head turner https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/130904/19/5227ee9094d3a_m.jpg
I would suggest to add more photos by focusing on what you care most  toss out those to make the port look stronger.

add some shirtless and fitness shots as well as formal ware to diversify your port.
must really get rid of those below regardless

try to better coach models your photos could be better story tellers.
You have too many of the same model look and style in your port.
Diversify a bit and don't get stuck with just one type of theme.

you are going for fashion, you have some nice studio shots in your port,  but
I have noticed some awkward model poses below:
https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/131119/22/528c5b8e64c00_m.jpg
https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/130401/01/515940e3cefac_m.jpg bad composure, hair is a mess, legs look generally ugly with no heels especially with hosiery, which nulls any effect or sophistication anticipated, her ribs showing as well. Clearly wrong model for this type of work.
https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/31829289 cropped in wrong area
https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/29624454 ditto
in this https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/131120/00/528c72e495290_m.jpg you are going on a limb over an area you seem to know little.

my 2 favs https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/120424/15/4f972aff3cee7_m.jpg https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/130402/02/515aa40a0e05a_m.jpg

your shoot style is pretty generic, you are unable to override model expression effectively, you need to add some zing to your work. The lingerie shots are mostly boring the way they are posed and selection of items worn by models will make real men yawn. wink

think outside of the box, remove similar looks  https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/34476608 and https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/34476601

OK sword pics do very little for me.
Not many pictures in your port and none of them reflects any significant experience in modeling.
You need to establish camera connection and believe in what you do.
I haven't seen anything  as edgy, sultry, quirky, in your port as claimed in your profile bio.
Work harder and find a photographer that can show the best you have to offer. You have potential. Add pictures that you can use such as a real head shot, casual, formal and swimwear looks if you want to increase the chances to get hired.

You are trying really hard to look fresh and original and diversify your looks with average success. Nice spooky theme https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/131129/14/52991bf7d4f4e_m.jpg but the pose is not totally convincing.
You are mostly photographer driven. That's your weakest link.
not so much crazy about those poses
https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/34366011
https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/34368116
https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/34368440
https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/34368437 posed as if you were cold
in art nudes even while doing implied you are too up-tied, loosen up a bit. Be charming and graceful, any other emotion will fail you unless you believe in..

https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/34368431 ribs ribs ribs, avoid to stretch much to cause the ribcage show,  your skeletal built isn't sexy.
https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/34567154 bw would work better

my favorite look and great eye contact in this https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/131108/10/527d2e3144462_m.jpg
In this https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/131108/10/527d2d734ad01_m.jpg I like your look but in many photos I have the feeling of seeing an "instagram" filter  which I dislike.
Keep it simple, this is not the photographer's port, if I had you to hire, I needed a plain polaroid, decent headshot with no make up and a body shot in bikini. Where are they?
add some fashion and get rid of some tacky gore spooky type work like this https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/34368141 which smells Heinz ketchup all over

In this https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/33915510 the shallow depth of field  doesn't work. When you grip your stocking tops you are telling a story and your fist on those nylons need to be in focus to show the tension and emphasize  that erotic emotion.
Keep shooting gorgeous body and look.

You are at the border line of either jumping to the next level up or stagnate where you currently are.
If you pay attention to the following you will do a lot better
before you click that button, take a deep breath and spend time looking at your subject and compose carefully, watch your background and negative space. Aim well, balance the subject in the sweet spot, check your level and that will make the shot really to stand out.
Never crop at the ankles or over shoes or at the subject's extremities and waist area when you have a full body shot like this https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/130209/20/511727ffebedf_m.jpg. Yes some photographers will and can break all the rules and still manage to give that perfect shot impression but this is you, not them.
In this https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/130209/20/5117280342099_m.jpgpinup, seeing a bit more of the chair would make the story told better. The model is awesome with outstanding camera connection that saves the day however few problems here as well, she shows too much gum and teeth (even perfect will distract the viewer)  and photo is lightly out of focus.
Although a great shot and styling a tight crop doesn't work well herehttps://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/130418/22/5170d0137eb9d_m.jpg  either. the part of a shoe seen at bottom is an eye sore and it doesn't reflect well on you.

Your work appears recreational, with primary motivation to capture the female beauty.
The photos in your port could have been looking a lot better if you paid slight attention to your framing or cropping. I see some good ideas for shoot, some good starting work but you need to do a lot better to attract better TF deals.

Good work in general. The creative stuff https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/131129/17/52993e1c1a1cc_m.jpg (warps etc) I have seen appears pretty much recreational.
good work on freckles https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/130814/12/520bd42d76d79_m.jpg
My view in general about retouching is : " a necessary evil" ; sometime can be avoided sometime can't be avoided.
Now, many photographers doing freelance creative art work think that  if the work is retouched by someone else other then them then it feels like someone else is raising your baby. wink
I like your work although not earth shattering and certainly better then mine but all is subjective in this field.
If you can make money on your work good for you!
