Trolls are nothing. On FB there are haters, and stalkers that report anything to get you blocked. Currently going through the last 30 day block before having  or them having the account deleted.

Not feeding trolls is best. If you engage be prepared for their impetuous habit of arguing anything until somehow they justify themselves and or existence.

Well, one actually stated it outright on the forum. I guess to try to intimate me. And I've seen a pattern of the same people coming on. Some will slip up by making a comment which obviously shows that PMing was going on. Not very intelligent.

^^ This... Also... some various forums... like I do from time to time, for inspiration. (Tho I'm not on mm enough to want to troll, I stick to the more theological sites as it's easier to spawn more of a debate than the age old 'escorts')


A tip tho... if you feed the trolls enough... eventually they turn into wolves.

A person may have started a thread, but that doesn't mean that person owns the thread.

Would you please link which posts you think aren't on the subject? Personally, I don't see any.

You may have an unclear definition as to what off-topic is. Threads will sometimes veer off naturally, but as long as it isn't a blatant hijack, its not against the rules.

I don't see anyone with, as you said earlier, their "panties in an uproar." This is a very civil thread.

Sweetheart, those are there for YOUR reference and to affect YOUR behavior.
Whining about rules and how you feel the thread should be going to try and stop people from posting is not going to go well for you.
Keep quiet and watch out for people that do that sort of thing, then wait a few months and see how much they're posting on the forums and what kind of spectacular blowups have occurred.

She does ,however, have a very clear definition of what "troll" is: anyone that posts in a way that you don't like or didn't expect.

Some threads get derailed by visiting trolls.

Some threads get derailed by their original posters, often by noobs asking for feedback but who get combative when they get anything short of unabashed adoration.

Some threads are chugga-chugga threads from the start. Like this one.
