I do not use syrup much, but when I do, I buy 100% Maple Syrup...natural and tasty!

Potato hash with onions, red peppers, and garlic topped with two fried eggs and tons of cholula hot sauce. Sometimes I put some meat in the hash like crispy bacon or mexican chorizo, I also like soyrizo in place of the mexican chorizo.

Baked potatoes with the tops sliced off and enough of the filling scooped out to put some cheese, sauteed onions, and a cracked egg inside. You can also put some thin sliced chopped deli ham in the cups too. Put them back into the oven to bake some more to cook the egg and it's basically a fried egg baked inside of a baked potato. Super yummy. You can serve it with some fresh fruit on the side or bacon, or you can just go ahead and serve both. tongue

Shakshuka, which is eggs poached in a spicy tomato sauce.

No coke for me, I either have juice, milk, or water.

I always have coke for breakfast. I know it's not good for me but what the hell.

A great brunch is fried chicken wings with eggs and a waffle or pancake. Grits and a coke make it perfect! Then a hot coffee for desert, oh yea.

I tend to prefer orange juice or tea in the morning.

Ok, this sounds delicious.  I've never thought about avocado on a BLT.  I don't like tomato, so mine are just usually just the bacon and lettuce.  I shall try it with avocado!
