Evidently not after 2 tall beers and a bottle of Bud Light...

Yep, one of those nights.  Been a long week, and I'm not about to fall asleep, so bring on the beer and the late night retouching session.

My studio partner and I have been shooting in the space, but we're working on some finishing touches before our actual studio party.  We have some floating shelves to hang, but my stud finder is a lying bastard.  So we're currently spackling a small part of the wall, and finding someone with construction experience to help us hang a huge mirror.  (sucker has to be at least 50 lbs)  Once that's done, we're having our official opening and pictures will be posted.   smile

Just use the girl in your avi. I bet she's an expert stud finder! tongue

Glad to hear the space is usable. Looking forward to seeing pics from the party!

With so many wonderful beers out there, why do people still drink Bud?

Budweiser ads kept popping up on my Facebook feed. I marked it as offensive.

Bad beer offends me.

Because it's cheap.

I love a good beer, it's why my hangout of choice is the local brewery.

However, when a place has tall bud lights for $2 and half off appetizers, and my bank account is saying "ya know, you could go there and put the money you save in a jar to move", Bud wins out.

She's already found her stud so I think she's retiring her skills.  Maybe I'll ask her to help me out if we ever shoot again...worth a shot.  LOL

And yes, the space is doing well.  Need to do a few small things, but that's it.  We're really excited about it...I don't know about my studio partner, but I'm already booking a lot more work since I have the studio option now.

Hmm.... First rule of business... Keep an eye on the books and anyone or anything else that may have an effect on the bottom line, especially if it's crucial to success or failure!

She's capable of paying her half of the rent.  I'm not concerned about anything else.

I hate it when pictures get fuzzy. Why do models have trouble staying in focus sometimes?

I'd rather not drink beer than drink bud/miller/coors. I just dont like the way they taste. If im in a budget mood Ill grab some Shiner, Yeulying or even rolling rock.

Killians Red if they have it. Corona can be a reasonable substitute when in the mood for something light.

Shiner is okay.

I usually pick up Double Wide Pale Ale.  I love hops, so that's my usual go to.  But the bars around here don't carry it, and the draft selection is usually just Bud, Miller, or Blue Moon.  So instead of paying 4 or 5 bucks for the Blue Moon, I get a Bud Lite.

I get Corona on Wednesdays at a local bar when they're doing half off bottles.  $1.50 isn't so bad.  lol

Otherwise, I choose Tecate over Corona.

Hmmm the models I work with aren't fuzzy unless they haven't shaved.
If you like Shiner you would love Ziegenbock. However, you can't buy it outside of Texas.
