March 19, 2009 10:27pm I think this is my favorite of your posted shots. I really really like the shadowing. I also like your model choice, she's beautiful but she also looks very young so the combination of the lighting, the stuff on her face, and the look she is giving, makes her look almost like a traumatized child off the streets which creates a great intensity and a curiosity in the onlooker to know a back story of the shot. There's also an elegance to the her that creates a nice contrast. Its a well posed shot that doesn't look posed and its a deeper image than one normally sees captured in a facial close up. very well done.
