December 04, 2011 6:43pm I've been staring at this like an idiot for ten minutes now trying to figure out what makes it so amazing (everything!) so I can write out a comment. The model and the pic have so much character it hurts. Lighting/shadows are fantastic, the lit-up eyes are the cherry on the cake. Great model, great photographer.
May 28, 2010 11:30am I love this image! Everything here works so perfectly. The post work is outstanding. Leaving all the lines on her body provides a wonderful sense of realism that is almost intoxicating and her curvy hips are so incredibly sexy. Beautiful work!
May 08, 2010 11:13am I'm particularly fond of the little marks on her abdomen left by the clothes she was recently wearing. It reminds me of my favorite scene from the film "Flirting", where the narrator talks about his love interest (played by Thandiwe Newton).
In the film, he admires the "little marks" on her ankles created by the elastic in her socks. He speaks of how she seemed so dreamlike to him, and he worried he'd wake up ... but the little marks were reassuring proof that she was actually real and this wasn't a dream.
