I'd probably suggest emphasising photos of you without them. Hopefully it's a phase, as you're a pretty attractive girl, but no art directors will be able to get past them, as facial piercings are just not a done thing in the modelling world.
It's all well and good to express yourself, but when that expression is in your face (literally and figuratively) then you're hard to work with.
I can't even begin to express my disappointment when I noticed them, from the thumbnails you looked exactly like the kind of model I'm looking to hire. How notable are the holes when removed?
