December 11, 2007 3:27pm i look at these photos and all i can say is, respect. this photo inspires me to do some ab excersises as soon as possible.any tips when it comes to ab training. i have almost or basically no fat on my bones but i cant seem to see any changes in my ab muscles. how do i get these things to pop?
