Regarding the lighting - there were no enhancements other than a desaturation. The lighting is a single strip box on the main, and a hair-light on a reflector, bounced off the ceiling. It's pretty basic lighting actually.

This is a beautiful shot. I like the enhancement that was made to make the light seem more dramatic. Very pretty.
