About Me

update, Jan 2020
The studio is ready; floor done, walls done; backdrops all around, even a green screen.

The outdoor studios are frozen this time of year; shooting events will be scheduled on my  FB page:

I am available for portrait sessions, portfolio development, and boudoir shoots.  My rates are reasonable for this area, contact me for arrangements.

I am always willing to trade the above services for hours working on other projects for or with me.  These projects include gardening and forestry work; art and crafts workshop work and ask me to see if your skill might be something I would trade for.  Mostly not interested in stuff, except just now looking for mirrors.

Bio part:  Born in California in 1946; moved to Indonesia with parents in 1956 and returned to the States for college in 1964.  Got B&W training in Germany in the 70's with 4x5 view camera as well as smaller formats.  After a break of many years, took up digital in 2002 and began shooting models in 2006.

If you are new to modeling or to photographing models, check out the forms on this site.  And here's a couple links to very useful information

Collaborated in a two man show at the Davis Gallery on the Stephens College campus in Columbia.  These are light paintings rather than modeling shoots, though most of the photos did in fact have a model making the lights move.
