Tony Michael is a makeup artist from Philadelphia, working in both the Philadelphia and New York metropolitan areas. Growing up with a mother who worked as a hairdresser, he was exposed to the beauty industry at a young age. Drawing inspiration from the strong women in his life, he eventually began his career in makeup with Bobbi Brown Cosmetics.

After then mastering bridal makeup while working with the most successful bridal makeup companies in Philadelphia, he branched into the fashion world of New York, and regularly works in both cities.

Tony enjoys having a positive, fun and upbeat energy while working with his clients. They are attracted to his attention to detail and his strong focus on clean skin, which he believes is essential to great makeup.

Believing all artists should be both teachers and students, he is inspired by great artists and educators like James Vincent, Kabuki and Val Garland, and is proud to regularly assist some of the most accomplished artists in the industry.

When Tony's not on set, you can find him watching the latest Meryl Streep film or reading the latest issue of his favorite fashion magazines.
