Mayhem # 13498
Just moved to Denver from Sunny Florida and looking for models to work with on commercial shoots. I usually only work with experienced models, however I'm open to working with new models...
To see much more of my work, please go here: www.blueplanetps.com
TFP/CD shoots for really, REALLY interesting faces or body types....
Need a headshot or portfolio in a hurry? I can give you a same day, total promo package including headshot, portfolio and website.
I do humanitarian work all over the world... Check out my website, http//:eyesofman.org and if you feel moved by the causes of any of the non profits I shoot for, visit their websites and make a donation.
Webcam shots or photos your aunt took of you on vacation won't get you any paying work. If you want pro work, you need pro shots. Does that make sense?
Bad shots = photographers who want to shoot you for free.
Good shots = photographers who want to pay to shoot you.
Why are you here? If you're just here because you need stroking then stop reading and move on... If you're here because you SERIOUSLY want a career in modeling, then take it seriously. Hire a professional photographer and use a MUA to produce your book. If you want to get discovered, throw us who hire models a bone - have work that'll catch our eye! Would you go to a dentist who's untrained, inexperienced and just wants to experament and learn on you? Of course not. You shouldn't do it with a photographer either. If you care about what you get, use a pro.
Can't afford to do it all at once? Start small. I hire models all the time and I can tell you there's no greater kiss of death than a weak book. It's better to have 5 STRONG images than 20 bad ones. Every shot you have has to be the best it can be. Do a search here or on OMP for your sex and your age group. How many PAGES of models were returned? Is your work as strong as what you see? It doesn't matter what you look like, all types are needed. It DOES matter how you're shot. Great photgraphy = paying work.
I'm a working commercial photographer shooting mostly lifestyle type work. Clients include Home Depot, Badcock Home Furnishings etc...
I'm looking for fresh, new models, male and female, all ages and ethnicities. Open to working with new or inexperienced models but must do a test shoot before a real paying job. No offense, but when you have a client and art director looking over your shoulder is not the time to discover the model is bad... it's justa security thing.
For a test shoot, feel free to bring a friend but for actual shoots, the set will be closed - unless you are under 18, then a guardian is mandatory.
