My name is Michael Dardant. I live in New Orleans, Louisiana. I've been a professional magician since I was thirteen. I specialize in comedy stage magic and also close up sleight of hand performances. And because I am blessed with a severe case of attention deficit disorder, I also specialize in juggling fire, jumping on spring stilts, and I’m really good at breaking an egg with one hand. At the age of five I was bitten by a wizard. I woke up in a cold sweat and all of a sudden had the ability to do card tricks!
Work mainly consists of Stand up acts at Comedy Clubs and Casinos. Trade shows and Cocktail parties feature my close up skills and as an emcee I have worked many conventions, awards banquets, and sporting events such as the AllState Sugar Bowl pep ralley which I’ve hosted for the last 4 years.
I’ve had opportunities to model in print work for magazines, hotels, and casinos. What has been a truly unique experience is modeling for some of the most renown body paint artists such as Jinny, Pashur, Nix Herrera, Vargas, Alex Hansen, Lyma, and Wiser.
