Thank you for stopping by.  Notable Moments is my Special Project profile here on MM.  This is where I actively seek models to collaborate specifically on my projects.  Most are shot on a Trade basis, though depending on project, content & model, I do occasionally offer paid shoots.  A complete listing of my active projects, along with sample images for each, may be found by clicking on “Hal’s Detail Sheets” above.

At present, the projects I’m concentrating on are:
American Postcards, a collection of Nudes with attitude;
The Anonymous Nude, a Nude series dedicated to the mystique of anonymity;
After Dark, a B&W portrait series shot in the Loop after sundown;
American Denim, a celebration of blue jean fashions;
The Martini Life, in which I celebrate everything ‘Martini;’
Toppers, a fun series built around hats.

There are others to choose from.  On the other hand, if you have a concept of your own you’d like to bring to life, let me know.  I can usually be convinced – especially if it will dovetail with one of my own projects.  Let’s talk about it…

Please be aware I do not have a studio nor do I employ studio lighting.  Each of my model shoots are conducted on location.  That location may be as public as Navy Pier or as private as your own home.  It all depends on concept, content and your personal comfort zone.

I do not tolerate “high school drama” on my shoots.  I go into each and every session with the full expectation that I am working with adults fully capable of discussing any and all issues that may arise.  Name calling, threats of violence and similar nonsense will result in the session’s immediate termination and the deletion of all images captured to that point.  If necessary I will call the Police and press charges to the full extent allowable under the law.
