About me
Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Maximiliano developed his skills in circus arts studying in circus schools in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo, Brazil and San Francisco, USA.
Max has worked with diverse companies such as De la Guarda, Disney South America, Batz Circo Teatro, Intracirco, Lujuria, Hollywood Aerial Arts, Beeman Dance Company, Eyes of Newt Circus,Troupe, Lucent Dossier, Les 7 doigts de la Main, Artcirq, and Cher. Max was solely responsible for the creation of the company âCirco de Menteâ (circus of the mind) under the auspices of Mexico City Cultural Secretary, National Council of culture, and Mexican Autonomy University.
Together with Circo de Mente he performed at various international circus conventions in Argentina, Brazil and organized the first and third convention in Mexico. Max was also responsible for the creation of two different variety shows consisting of prominent contemporary circus companies along with musicians, visual artists, dancers and actors.
Maximiliano has previously featured in special performances for the Diego Rivera Anahuacalli Museum, Museum of Modern Art, Casa de la Bola Museum, National Center of Arts, National Cathedral of Mexico City, The Poliforum Siqueiros Cultural Center, Casa del Lago and the renowned Getty Museum of Los Angeles.
Max appeared regularly on a variety of TV shows, films and as a permanent acrobat in Cabaret the musical, where he proudly completed over 300 performances for his audienceâs delight. He gave classes and workshops of aerial skills to students from the National Art Center, the Theater University Center, the Pyramides Cultural Center, Hollywood Aerial Arts School, and Debby Allen Academy. He now resides in Los Angeles and travels throughout the world for special engagements.
Among other events, Max has participated in the International Street Festival of Theater of Zacatecas, the International Festival of Iberoamerican Cinema, LA Fashion Week, 49th and 50th Grammy Awards, Hollywoodâs 12 Sexiest Jobs, M.O.V.E the film, The Reality Awards 2007, and âHyundai Capital Invitational IIâ World Gymnastics Gala Korea 2008.
Maximiliano resides in Los Angeles and travels throughout the world for special engagements. He is currently performing with Cher at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
