My name is Jonecia Spencer, and my photography is under MissJ Photography. I have been taking pictures for about three years now, so I'm relatively new. I attend the University of Alabama in Birmingham for Elementary Education. I love kids and photographing them. I love close-ups and beautiful people, inside and out. It helps, because it shows in my pictures. I am looking to photograph many different styles of people and pictures. I would love to work (photograph) different kinds of people, with many different ethnic, racial and cultural backgrounds.
***COMMENTS AND ADVICE***
Being that i am new to this site and photography, i would appreciate any comment and feedback on my pictures, whether it's to improve or compliment.

****CONCEPTS****
I work very closely with my models. Although I am in charge of creating the image, I work with my models to make sure that the concept is adequately portrayed. My models have a lot of lineacy with me, because I allow them to help with the creation of the concept and image. I think this is what sets me apart from a lot of photographers, especially since I am a female.
****FRIEND REQUESTS****
I would love to have friends who share the same/similar creative interests as I do. Hopefully, we can all encourage each other to move to the highest level of performace, professionacality and quality.

***Check with me about rates. I love to say that I give my models the benefit of being able to "choose" their price. Serious inquiries only.
I am a huge fan of working with people to improve my portfolio and vice versa and occassionaly, I perform limited TFCD shoots for very talented people. If you happen to be in my area, and are interested, send me a message or a tag!

****IMPORTANT****
Since I am getting a high volume of requests for shoots, please inquire with me before hand (at least a week in advance) to discuss details of the shoot and so forth.
***SHOOTS***
1. Paid Shoots-I do require a deposit of $20 before I start a shoot. Everything else is worked out according to how many pictures and whether any need to be editted.
2.TFP/CD-I do perform limited TFCD shoots, with 5 free images, editted or etc to the model's liking. Please inquire about other rates regarding additional pictures.
3. Anyone that I work with will be required to sign a standard, typical contract, stating the legal issues dealing with image usage. Just to make sure that everyone is protected, especially me!
***Also, be sure to bring a blank CD with you to all shoots for easy transfer of images. I normally have some with me, but they do come at a small fee.***
** If I have the pleasure of working with you, please respect my wishes about my images. Please do not come to my page and "rip" images that you want off of my profile. It is tacky and upsetting and basically "invading" my portfolio for personal use. Use the correct way of getting those MM images from me on a CD and getting my permission to use them on-line. :-)
i just may take a trip in November...I'd love to go back "home" I have family there, and have been invited, but just never had the time to go- I always wondered what it was like in Alabama.

lol yeah i know its not too many places...but not Morris ave. the old building off 18th where you climb the ladder with one bolt to get on the roof tops lol i see we have the same sight we just need to go shoot together lol...but just about all the places you are shooting been there...it's only one you have not found yet... i give you another week or two and i bet you find it...if not i'll tell you lol....call me!

Yea that's true. Maybe you should keep the ones with list and replace the rest. The ones u delete put as a collage.

You can always just make a collage of the ones in your albums and put it on your profile and just put all the new pix in your album. If that makes sense.
