yes, there still is some cake left. my birthday is not until saturday--unless you are reading this after my birthday which would mean it would be several saturdays away...

but i digress....

chocolate cake is available for all. if you don't like chocolate or are allergic--tough titties! it's my party and you'll go into anaphylactic shock if i want you to!

https://www.cheesecakefactory.com/images/menu_pictures/menu_Blackout_Cake.jpg

but if you'd love to share a piece 'o luscious cake come on by. there are plenty of pixels left.  i'll let you lick the candle.

...oh--get your mind out of the gutter...

that is one seriously cute little guy! you don't need cake. you can nibble on him all day long! lol i was just reminiscing how cute my girls were when they were that tiny...then my youngest (age 6) stormed into my office and proclaimed:

"going to bed is STUPID when you're not not even tired or ready to go to bed!"

just something to look forward to.  hehehe

That many, huh? My hubby's knockin' on 30 (I still have years to go before I worry about 30:P), and he says "No candles, we don't have the insurance to cover it all yet"...

Seriously though, Happy birthday, I hope it's a great one.

hehe...30 seems like yesterday, but it was many, many yesterdays ago. but i won't do that thing that makes me crazy when i tell someone older my age and they say, "oh--you're still a baby!"

here's your friggin' baby!!

let's just say i don't look (or act) my age. people still think i'm in my 30s. hey ask lapis! she told me i looked like a teenager when she met me.  okay--maybe not a teenager...it sounded like that in my mind. i think my hearing is going with my age.

And when I look at the dreaded 30...I am looking backwards...by about 4 years, so there is life after 30. Besides, 40 is the new 30, didn't the media tell you that?
