50 And Still Hot?
So I turn the big 50 this June. Kinda a milestone for me. I looked online for celebrities (females) that were 50 and over and majority of them looked as if they had plastic surgery here and there. Then I went to a friends place today and hung out at her pool. She was 52. Her friends there were in their 50's. It was nice and relaxing. Anyhow it got me to thinking (and plotting something). Are women, who turn 50 still hot? What qualities about them makes them hot? Guys...would you take a female lover at age 50 or over? Can a "cougar" still be a cougar in her 50's? Give me someone who is able to carry on an intelligent conversation and I will wager that I find them attractive and appealing in almost every circumstance. If she has a decent sense of humor, can see that men and women are different but equally important, prefers to be natural (meaning that she doesn't need to go in for all the beauty 'stuff' out there), she's got a great chance of being really 'hot.' It's not just about how they look, but how they carry themselves. I'm 28, so I'd have to think about it as far as hooking up, but I can say that I'd at least consider it. Knowing they dont need to compete with youth, their age is an asset. Experience, confidence, self knowledge, curiosity, independence, someone with enough experience in life to have a balanced perspective on things. For me, personally, it is usually the eyes that get me first. If the eyes have that certain spark of life, or whatever it is, I am hooked. oh, I am 60.... May 28 12 03:39 pm Link I find middle-aged women, who have kept in shape and are physically fit, to be incredibly sexy - much more attractive physically and mentally than younger women. Unfortunately, I think many (American, at least) women just pop out a few babies, then give up on themselves, and let their bodies and good looks deteriorate. This is definitely the case with the women in my own family, who end up obese, with low self-esteem and deeply depressed, by the time they are 40. I'm turning 30 in a few months, so I'm not exactly a "spring chicken" any more myself - not, at least, by the way our society generally defines youth in females. It's my personal opinion that the moment you stop caring what you look like as a woman, is the moment you're preparing to just give it all up, and end up a busted, old hag shortly thereafter.
