woke up this morning  to hear in the news that a ex police just killed one police and injured tow more in riverside county areas.
The CHP said early Thursday that Dorner is believed to be driving a blue or gray Nissan Titan, with two possible California license plates, 8D83987 or 7X09131. It is possible he is changing license plates on the vehicle, authorities said.

PLease stay away form him if you see him smile

Edited: he didn't injured two .. it was only  one  who is in the hospital at the moment. sorry spanish Televison news always exaggerates  smile smile

here is something  the EX cop wrote to america:

Self Preservation is no longer important to me. I do not fear death as I died long ago on 1/2/09. I was told by my mother that sometimes bad things happen to good people. I refuse to accept that.

From 2/05 to 1/09 I saw some of the most vile things humans can inflict on others as a police officer in Los Angeles. Unfortunately, it wasn’t in the streets of LA. It was in the confounds of LAPD police stations and shops (cruisers). The enemy combatants in LA are not the citizens and suspects, it’s the police officers.

People who live in glass houses should not throw stones. How ironic that you utilize a fixed glass structure as your command HQ. You use as a luminous building to symbolize that you are transparent, have nothing to hide, or suppress when in essence, concealing, omitting, and obscuring is your forte.

Chief Beck, this is when you need to have that come to Jesus talk with Sgt. XXXX and everyone else who was involved in the conspiracy to have me terminated for doing the right thing. you also need to speak with her attorney, Rico, and his conversation with the BOR members and her confession of guilt in kicking Mr. XXXX. I’ll be waiting for a PUBLIC response at a press conference. When the truth comes out, the killing stops.

Why didn’t you charge me with filing a false police report when I came forward stating that XXXX kicked Mr. XXXX? You file criminal charges against every other officer who is accused and terminated for filing a false police report. You didn’t because you knew I was innocent and a criminal court would find me innocent and expose your department for suppressing the truth and retaliation, that’s why.

The attacks will stop when the department states the truth about my innocence, PUBLICLY!!! I will not accept any type of currency/goods in exchange for the attacks to stop, nor do i want it. I want my name back, period. There is no negotiation. I am not the state department who states they do not negotiate with terrorist, because anybody with a Secret or TS/SCI has seen IIR’s on SIPR and knows that the US state department always negotiates by using CF countries or independent sovereign/neutral country to mediate and compromising.

I just skimmed thru his manifesto. Other than his scathing critique of the LAPD and his declaration of war on them this stuck out to me.

The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants-TJ.
This quote is not directed toward the US government which I fully support 100%. This is toward the LAPD who can not monitor itself. The consent decree should not have been lifted, ever.

I think this is different  case , since the now fugitive ex police is not determined to kill regular civilians but police officers, this is a very talented sniper  who served in the military.and has been trained to Kill,  as far as  have read,

So he is still a psycho and mentally ill individual.  It proves my point that guns don't kill, sicko kills.  But yes, I am off the OP.  smile

If he surrenders, they'll take him in...I have a feeling he's not the surrendering type.  He wants to be made into a movie.

He also talks about how the LAPD hasn't changed since the days of Rampart and Rodney King and talks about being frustrated that those officers are now in positions of authority.

LAPD has puled all of their motorcycle cops off the street and they say they have 40 protection details out. That means there are 40 people on his hit list.... not to mention the bike cops. Jesus.
A reporter just asked the LAPD police chief, "He says the killing will continue until you clear his name. Will you do that?"

"We will not."

What a stupid question.

If he was smart, he'd surrender. He ambushed two cops, killing one and wounding the other. I doubt LAPD SWAT is going to be too interested in putting handcuffs on him. It won't work out well for him. And he'd be about 125 on the list of people on death row in California and since they only whack about 1 a year, he's either going to die of old age in prison or lead poisoning before he gets there.

They are working on a barricaded subject now.

"Dorner is also suspected of killing Monica Quan, a Cal State Fullerton assistant basketball coach, and her fiance Keith Lawrence, The Los Angeles Times reported Thursday."

Let me be clear: I don't agree with his response.  AT ALL.  In fact I don't much believe in violence except in direct defense and under threat.

That said, what if he's telling the truth about the LAPD?  What if they still condone open racism at an institutional level and turn a blind eye to an internal culture of accepted abuse and violence?

I wouldn't be surprised at all if it was true.

But, you can't wag your finger at them for doing wrong and then go on a killing spree.

I'll bet there are a lot of people in LA who would be happy to give him a hiding spot.

How do people keep their sanity in an insane environment?

The article I just read said he was a Navy Reservist. Just because he was in the military doesn't mean he his a trained killer.  He is a rifle marksmen which is the lowest qualification.  Also unless he was a SEAL he is not a sniper unless he got trained as such in the LAPD.

Seems to me that men like him are not going to allow themselves to be taken alive. Living in a cage just doesn't work very well for them. LAPD will take him out, or he will take  himself out is my bet. The only question remaining is how many innocent people will be injured or killed before this is over. Hopefully, none.

What makes this situation particularly worrisome is that as an ex-cop he is well aware of police procedures and knows exactly what to expect which, I think, makes him extremely dangerous compared to your average nut-case.

With the long history of police abuse there, it was only a matter of time.  What do you do when nothing else works?

"Dorner is a former U.S. Navy Reserve lieutenant who worked with river warfare units and a mobile inshore undersea warfare unit, among other assignments, according to Pentagon records obtained by CNN. He also provided security on oil platforms in Iraq.
He was rated as a rifle marksman and pistol expert, according to the records."

I wish I knew. But I do know what you don't do. And that's go on a killing spree and threaten to kill your ex-coworkers families and try to justify it by saying they are corrupt.
