I've had so many people tell me i have the look to do PB. Pf course I take that with a grain of salt... but it's something I've been thinking a lot about.

How can I reach out the the photographers that shoot for PB? I msged Holly Randall via MM, Email and FB, but I'm sure she's super busy. A few of my friends worked with her and recommend her a lot.

Otherwise, any suggestions?

Also, will they lock me into any contracts?

You have the right look but keep in mind Playboy is not what it historically was and most of the old photographers were cut loose, however I would suggest contacting
Ric Moore     https://www.modelmayhem.com/604419   and start from there. He may still be current with PB. Other opportunities exist.  https://shootthecenterfold.com/model-search-2/
Aim for Playmate in the print magazine.  View it as a public relations, sales and advertising job with the skillset that goes along with that.
Yes they have contract restrictions.

Much of the "Playboy" branded content of the now downsized company is operated by another company

Playboy itself has transformed into a "brand management" company with a lot of international franchises.

Playboy is past its prime.

Follow the guidelines for submitting to them, what they ask for, to consider you. Usually, they will contact you if they are interested in you. Sometimes you might also be considered for a "girls of" edition, even if they don't choose you for the main magazine.

Depends . . . .on which Playboy you are talking about

The main printed magazine will have a lengthy contract you would need to read and sign
IF you are talking about being one of the 12 months actual playmate .

The other "divisions" of the company might not be as restrictive .

the link above to the 'pose for playboy' is all you need to do

Most people that say " they can get you in Playboy " so shoot with them ...
You have the same if not better chance sending in images you did yourself

They do NOT want to see edited images .... and I think they "might" actually wonder about photographers work if they do not know them .

I am not sure if you have to pay to go to the casting calls they do in various cities , pretty sure you do have to sign up in advance ...
I also believe that with their cyber sites ... that they make it a video interview

You can often find Playboy castings on MM by photographers and casting directors.

There's currently one open for Playboy and Playboy Plus:

You're a reincarnation of a 70's Playboy playmate : )

A question asked and answered does not give you free license to threadjack with your  verbal portfolio.
