As a photographer, if I'd taken it, this would have never seen the light of day. Regardless of whose fault it is, it's a terrible (i.e. shitty) photo.

I don't want to argue about how much of a douche the photographer was for releasing those and etc. All i am saying is that I mentioned several times that she's not looking good in that way during the show, people who were there watching the game with me mentioned as well that she looked horrible. It was obviously done on purpose and it was really up in your face too. Draw your conclusions from that.

oh and there was hardly any time she wasn't doing that. Maybe more posing and smiling would have had less of that.

Nah, I don't think it's a shitty photo. Actually, it's well done. In focus, well framed, nice bokeh... what part don't you like?? The part that looks like a 'roided up tranny taking a dump? OK, that's subjective... but the photo itself is great.

I like them, yes they are not flattering and definitely different than any posed pictures of her. Let's face it even selfies are posed, like none of us have taken those.

I have a photo of me that is something along those lines, it's not exactly flattering and definitely won't get me any good attention around here(maybe just for being a bikini shot ) but every time I see it I smile and go, "Damn! That's awesome!"

Yep, that's a good point.

Just got off the phone with my friend who is editing his Beyonce photos now. He said he got a lot of bad ones but just didn't post them which is what most of us would have done.

The publicist is doing their job which is to make the client look good. Even if the letter didn't get the photos taken down in some cases it would have.

that's what it would come down to for me. i like to capture realities. but not really gross ones.
