You're 19 years old.  You don't do nudes.

You have a respectable sized chest.

You posted this in the wrong forum.
(See if you can ask the Mods to move it to Model Colloquy or General Industry)

I have no problem with fake boobs.  I've shot them.  I've dated them (or, at least, the people to whom they were attached) but honestly think you're too young to make a decision on them.

Assess Risk, Cost Benefit.

Risk:  You get bad implants and they look funny.

Cost:  $$$$  can you apply those funds to better things?

Benefit:  Will it truly make you feel better about you?  Does it enhance job opportunities?  Does it get you more dates (yes, but not with the types of guys you really want to be dating).

Boobs are boobs and all sizes are great.

Fake boobs almost always look fake, well made too large at least.

Its like plastic surgeon get a bonus for an extra quart of silicone.

My advice is dont.

I'm tired of these threads about boobs.  If I wanted to hear about the members of congress I would watch the news.

Apart from the more famous health issues, getting breast implants is not a one time thing. About 7 -10 years you will have to get them redone, maybe longer if you're lucky! A friend had one leaking and had to have both replaced $$$$$!!Pain!! Your breasts are not shown in your port but pert & perky is better than many of the results of breast augmentation I have seen.

If you think that getting larger boobs will make you happier, then get them.  Just be sure to do your work and not go to the least expensive doctor you find.  Expect to pay between $7000 and $10000 from start to finish.  Explore the insertion methods of navel and under the armpit to have no visible scars.  Follow ALL of the doctor's orders and suggestions to the letter!

And then understand that there's a good chance that you still won't be happy after you get them done.  If you think you're looked at as an object now, just wait until you're following around big D cups on your chest.  The attention (as I'm told) is great in the beginning, but then wears off quickly.

Don't go cheap.  Get testimonials from patients of the doctors you're considering going with.  It's not just an expensive purchase, it's your health and your future.

10 out of 10 times I prefer natural boobs, regardless of size, over fake ones. Natural boobs bounce and fake ones don't ... LOL

You're beautiful as you are : )

#1 - They attract all the wrong sort of attention
#2 - They will have to be replaced every six to ten years to remove scaring and buildup
#3 - Most men don't like them
#4 - The kind that do, you won't like

Please don't.

Fake boobs? Yuck! I have yet to meet a pair of fake boobs that look good naked and in my 57 years I have never felt a pair of fake ones that compare to real ones
no matter what size they are. Only exceptions I can see to justify getting implants are if they have been horribly disfigured. Your only 19 for Gods sake.
Don't do something stupid before your old enough to realize what you doing to your body long term.

This may sting a bit but thats not my intent! You are 5'8 and 150 lbs. Get down to 120 (zero cost) which will greatly enhance your bust naturally. You are quite lovely and i dont see a need for you to seek surgical "solutions". Thats taking the easy way out and is damn expensive. You dont need it.

Small natural boobs = high fashion.  Big fake titties = glamour. You're 5'8 150lbs. Get boobies if it makes you happy.

I got breast implants when I was 20 back in 2006. I was also a 34B and went to a 34DD. I did it because I WANTED TO. Not for anyone else. If you want them because YOU want them then go for it. If you're doing it to get further in modeling and please other people then don't. If you have any questions about the procedure or anything feel free to PM me. smile

Edited to add: I must say I'm laughing at some of the responses people have posted in this thread. I've never had anyone ever guess that my boobies were fake and most people are shocked when I tell them they are. I have VERY minimal scarring and zero side effects. If you want real advice from someone who has been there hit me up.

Oh and the level of misinformation that has been posted so far is incredible (i.e. replaced every 6 - 10 years, not feeling natural). I wish you were closer and I'd introduce you to my girlfriends boobs. Nicest pair of real or fake boobs I've ever encountered. And man let me tell you that's a lot. (j/k about the last part)

As tempting as it may be to get the fake boobs, don't! If you have to, just add some more padding to your bra.I don't shoot fake boobs cause of the way they look.

I stand by my last comment but a certain amount of curviture from the top can also be considered very desirable so maybe the link I sent you was  a bad example

i think if done very conservatively, it can be good. it improves the "allure" and the look of the woman shape , and also help preventing the sagging of the breasts with age.. but i can be wrong.

If it makes you happy, do it.  I'd wait a few years first - never know if a pair of natural sweater-puppies are in your future!

Just research your surgeon. smile

I think youre gorgeous without them, and as others have so eloquently already stated there are long, as in LONG-term health consequences that go with this procedure.  Should you ever have a child, what will happen as your breasts expand to bear milk?  I also feel, as others do that it will throw your proportions all off.  Ive know several models who have a petite body but a DD chest and it looks like they swallowed two basketballs.

Save your money, dont do this.  For me, small and real beats huge and fake any day of the week and twice on Sundays.

Fake boobs are disgusting. I have never and will never photograph anyone with a set.

Remember young'ns you are only young and hot for a short time. What are you going to do with those ugly plastic blobs once you hit mid 30 ish?

The end.

It's not like anybody's looking . . . .

But if you do want to get them augmented, don't use a local doctor . . . . go to the best few in the country and you'll get breasts that nobody will be able to tell they are done.

Great boobjobs are undetectable . . . . Bad, cheap ones can be spotted a block away.

I know about these things . . . . I've shot thousands of women over the years for Playboy & Penthouse and I've seen the best and the worst.

Don't be one of the worst !

I honestly hate fake boobs.  I can have an %80 accuracy on telling wether a women has fake boobs or not.  The idea that a man will love you more because of your boob size is a myth.  in fact, changing your boob size will attract a different man with different likes.  I for one love petite women who have small boobs and that are shorter then I am.  and I am 6'5" tall so that is not hard to find.  I love the idea of embracing a small women In my arms.  It makes me feel like a very big strong man smile  I know I already am but when I do it just feels right.  smile  also my momma has big boobs and all I can say is they just don't do any justus.  It makes for bad backs and so on.  not to mention all the issues fake boobs come with.

Nope, I love them natural.  and I think god did a fantastic job on the natural beauty of a women.  and I mean all of them.  I just can see the beauty in all women in one way or another.  One of the reasons why I love photography because I can capture the beauty I see.  So as a wise person once said "Love the skin your in."

What they'll do is start dating much younger men and enjoying their life . . . Does that threaten you?

Sounds like it.

Don't be such a hater . . . . you sound like a jealous boyfriend that says 'if I can't have you . . . . nobody can'

Do you feel the same way about women getting teeth fixed?

Do you advise women to not color their hair to remove the grey?

Should they not go to the gym and work out to keep their bodies healthy and looking young?

Should a 40 year old woman look like your great grandmother at 40??
