I've been MIA for a while but if I can assist in anyway let me know. I'd especially be interested in helping the Concept Shot of the Day Contest team, and the accomodations for models on tour team, but I'd be willing to go where needed.

Once again many thanks Craig for initiating these great programs - and now for bringing them back.

We are working behind the scenes to reorganize and tighten up these programs and hope that everyone has patience with us as we muddle through ...

Thanks everyone for your participation!

Got a favor to ask. We're doing the MOY this weekend. Can you help ? We, Craig and I, have gotten the ball rolling. I've tagged back as far as page 69 in the MOW, to the winners of weeks 38 and 39. Just an invite to past winners to post to this weeks mow for a chance at MOY honors. The same for POW and MUA winners.  If we do the other contests, MUA &  POW ; we'll need help from all of this years volunteers to make it happen. If you can tag the winners links going back towards page 1 it's be great, extra helping hands and all that.  Thoughts?
Thanks for all the help.

What we are needing specifically is a list in chronological order of the url addresses of all the banners of winners in the two competitions, "MM Photographer of the Week" and "MM MUA of the Week" for the entire year of 2009. With this information we will be able to construct our composites for the "of the YEAR" competitions that will be launched tonight.

If this is something you will have time to do TODAY please let me know asap so that I won't duplicate your work.

Many thanks for your willingness to help, even if this particular request can't be met within the time constants presented.

~Craig

The Photographer of the Week is on pg 78 and is past 3000 posts. The Model of the Week is about to go  to page 100 and closing on 4000 posts. Why move them from the General industry forum where all the contests began and the other contests remain? It's an inside job - Just wait until you get...

And you are implying what?

PS, I've run a number of large volunteer programs over the years...  And experience has shown that some volunteers are not worth the powder to blow them to hell -- not that I'm thinking of anyone in particular.

Except I don't volunteer to do the drudge work for you to take credit, and that's what this is about, isn't it. You want the Model of the Week contest after we put the work in to make it a great thread with lot's of potential to become a permanent 'Contest' page. When talks start of doing just that you move to take over, and hijaak the thread. I'm calling it what it is, make a pic of the day collage of that!

I'm not implying anything. You've used your position as a moderator to interfere with a thread, a post was made by someone else inquiring as to where the threads had gone, that has also been removed. No notice was made in the General Industry indicating where they had been moved to and when you removed my post in the Gen'l Indus giving the links to the threads and later moved the post over to the Site related forum; the blood trail to this murder mystery is fairly obvious.

Per'fessor, tell it to the masses who don't know your modus operandi and have'nt been in this position with you before. I'm standing next to you, herr doktor, and I see your hand on my shoulder - so don't try anything funny...

Moving to a new forum is not the problem, I can make lemonade with fizzy powder, but why now? And coming on the heels of last weeks takeover attempt of the MOTW? This is the pertinent inuendo....

I believe one would have to be an absolute fool to believe such tripe.

There was no high jacking of contests... Craig Seay offered the Model of the Week to me freely back when he hoped to lighten his workload due to health concerns.  Nothing came of this.  However, Craig recently renewed that offer until someone threw a hissy fit befitting a five year old.

Regarding these other false charges…

Show us proof that I have inappropriately hidden this post that you write about..  Please point us to the thread since only the content of a message is concealed and not the post itself.  If I’ve hidden something then it will still be there with my name on it.  However there is not.

Oh and regarding threads...  If  I locked one then it would appear in the locked log.  Yet there is nothing with my name on it.  Why?  Because I have not locked and hidden anything.

It seems that threads are skipping around the site on their own tonight because of some programming problem.  I have moved nothing.  And only a fool with an axe to grind would believe otherwise.
