We have been working on our new studio space for 3 months and the unveiling of the photos has finally arrived! Pillarbox Studios is located in Downtown Los Angeles. It has 10' ceilings and is surround by gorgeous windows with amazing natural light. These can also be closed off if you would prefer to bring in your equipment. More details and amenities are listed on the website. The rates for the studio are: 150/day (8 hrs) 25/hour For the day rental there is a 25 dollar cleaning fee. And everything must be paid up front before the day of the shoot. The studio accepts both cash and credit/debit cards. It is located in the south metro part of town just four blocks east of I-25 and East Arapahoe Rd in Greenwood Village. It is situated in a quiet professional office building vs warehouse space and has front door parking. Southeast Studios is 1500sf total. The front area is a lobby/meet&greet area, business hub with WiFi, a professional makeup station, and a provate changing room. The rear is 1000sf with 18' ceilings and an overhead door which is perfect for vehicle access as well as a source of natural light. Included are strobe lighting with a variety of softboxes, hotlights and umbrellas, reflector and scrim panels, posing aides and furniture, all the stands and 2 booms, many fabric backdrops, and a rolling ladder. On location there is a beautiful forrest. So if anyone is interested I could rent out partial Sundays for a great price. Includes usage of studio lights, kitchen area and bathroom. Studio is equipped with wall mount for 9 foot seamless, 2 main strobes, ceiling mounted hair light and background light. Rates would probably be around $100 for a 4 hour block, and $25 per hour thereafter. No deposit. $40 to use seamless. But still working out pricing. Great vibe and atmosphere. Nice natural light.
