Hey Gary, for those of us with just a few lenses or bodies to unload, are we allowed to bring those in for swap? and if so do we have to pay a vendor fee or anything? I've never been to one of these but looks like a "kid in a candy store" kind of place and I'm REALLY in the market for LF and MF gear wink
I would LOVE to hit one of these events one day soon to change up my gear.

Happy Swapping!

Hey Art... I'm bringing 2 Nikon lenses I want to sell... may possibly trade... lenses I have are the 28-105 D-Series Macro FX Zoom (selling for $180)... and the 24-120 ED-VR FX Zoom (selling for $200)... and YES... they let you bring lenses inside for trade or sale... borat

Cool thanks wink

Looks like there's one on Aug 12 in Pasadena that might be do-able for me.

I have some Nikon DX lenses and a few vintage (from my high school days) Ai glass I don't use anymore collecting dust. Maybe I can get that 4x5 Field Camera I've been wanting for all that  big_smile

We also found out that Gary landed another cover of "Make-up Artist" magazine. Not too shabby!

Maybe he'll post the winning image here.

The big question is... flour or corn tortillas for your tacos?... I always get corn cause they're thicker and can hold more goodies from the taco bar... borat

You have a lot of diagonal lines and angles in your images, similar to Picasso. It creates interesting dynamics. I'm still trying to break out of my conservative 'box', where everything is horizontal and vertical. Sometimes I feel trapped in that box and I have to make a conscious effort to depart from it and tip the axis...

Don't know if this works. Feeling seasick yet?
