I knew from reading spoilers that the Governor was bad, but I wasn't expecting that! I hope we learn more about Michonne.

I was not expected that, the Gouvernor is a freak! sick guy Noticed before he entered this room, there is a photo of his wife and son, I'm sure their heads are also in one of the tank... Gasoline Photography wrote: *spoilers* According to the comics (at least that's what I read on IMDB), they're heads he cut/collected (notice, there were Michonne's zombies' heads and also the one from the pilot) and once in the fish tanks, they become his "TV" channels.

My thought (when seeing the photo) was he was examining Michonnes zombies to do something similar to his wife and daughter.

Just went back and rewatched the end scene... the first tank the camera shows totally has his wife and daughter's heads in there... well I'm assuming it's the daughter, it's rather zombified. There's also an older guy's head in there, father maybe?

Oh holy shit. I can't believe he just killed all those guys like that and took their resources. That's sick. Why does Andrea always like the bad boys?

Guy's - I tried - I honestly gave it another shot. I gave up in the first season when it was clear the writers were making the characters too stupid to really live. (Like using the POS broke down - "always at the edge of breaking down for dramatic moments" RV vehicle, with of world of new ones just laying around) So, I tried again in this season - - - and nope - they are still way too stupid to really have survived. And - so many technical issues - Prop Revolvers don't revolve during multiple shots. Prop Semi-auto handguns don't have functioning slides when fired Prop AR's don't eject shells. And Nobody that acts in the show, has ever has heard of "recoil" from firing a gun. Sorry - I just can't - I really wanted to like it.

Did you happen to notice that there is an improbable zombie apocalypse going on too? There's also a very pregnant woman who likely is faced with daily extreme physical stress and strain and other trauma, yet nearly at term.

But you know darn well Rick had every intention of killing those prisoners. They were not his people and the soldiers were not the Gov's men. I turned to my wife as soon as he left the hospital he was going to find them and kill them. When he sat down in that room I turned to her and said" watch, he's sitting there looking at a bunch of heads in fish tanks" Sure as shit lol

He only killed the violent ones. If I remember correctly, two of them made it out alive. The Governor didn't do that. He had his crew just mow down a group of military dudes who didn't appear to want to hurt anyone. Rick took out some traitors. Governor pulled a massacre on the innocent.

I'm not saying the Governor is not a sick twisted nut. Rick only let the two live because the red neck begged for their lives. Lori told him " your not a killer but do what you need to do to keep this group safe" I felt Rick's plan ( and I would have done the same thing) was to use the prisoners for extra fighting bodies to clear the prison for HIS people and then get rid of them. Lori pretty much did the same thing when she pretty much told Rick he needed to kill Shane. Then she got pissed when he did it. The Governor is sick but he did pretty much the same thing. He got rid of people he did not know and made his group stronger. The Governor is twisted no doubt. But if your in a position to look out for people like him or Rick, you do whatever it takes to take care of your own. Yep they were soldiers, but if your in his shoes are you going to open up your gates to strangers who are heavily armed and trained? Hell no, you take care of your own.

The Governor SOUGHT those people out to take them out. So not the same thing Rick did... He wouldn't have had to open his gates to those people if he just stayed put in the town. He could have taken out the one soldier in his care and been done with it.

This is what I though and guess I was quite right. But I have to correct what I said in the picture it's actually his daughter not son. Btw, I need to rewatch this episode again... Not sure who is the older guy's head you're talking about... They could not have been that far away and could have come across the town sooner or later. Remember I think the Governor is a mental case but when it comes to survival you do what needs to be done. I can respect him taking the fight to them and not waiting for it to come to the town where it could put everyone at risk. That makes all the sense in the world to me. He eliminated what he felt could be a threat at some point and made his people stronger. Do you think those soldiers would have shown up at the gates and upon hearing " you must turn over your weapons to enter" would reply " Oh ok here ya go".? I don't think so.

Regarding last episode I really like how they introduced a researcher who might learn and answer questions about the walkers. Seemed like since season 1 they never looked to find answers about them but to just survive...

Its about a zombie apocalypse and its based in fiction. The key word being fiction. So the functional base of firearms are gonna spoil this fictional based world of a zombie apocalypse is gonna spoil you. Really??? Really sucks to be you if all it takes is a few props. So we won't see you in this thread again right???

Okay, I SERIOUSLY want Andrea to somehow get caught in a tree or something high up, and then have zombies start eating her from the toes up. She is so frickin' stupid. (Spoiler alert! Don't read if you haven't seen the episode yet) Sadly, as much as Lori bugged me in the last season, I was actually sad to see her go. I guess in a way, some viewers must feel like Rick does right now...he hated the stuff she did in the past, but now that the moment comes and he can't forgive her he realizes how much he actually did care for her. It's going to be interesting to see where he goes from here. I think if I was the leader, I'd tell Maggie she's mine now and tell Glenn to suck it.

Holy shit! That was crazy! So much stuff going on I don't even know where to begin. Random thoughts... - Best line of the night was Darryl to Glen when Glen and Maggie were getting busy in the watchtower..."Are you coming?" Perfect! Even Rick chuckled... - T-Dog! No! Dude finally got some good lines and some camera time and then wham! Gone! That made me sad and angry. - Interesting to see what happens to Carol but I hope they don't pull a Sophia with her. Maybe she'll come back all bad ass, smoking a cigar, tattooed, and leading a bunch of new prisoners she found! LOL! - I think Michonne and Darryl should hook up. No badder couple on the plant. Crossbow and Katana! Oh yeah... - I didn't like Lori but her death had me choked up, especially since Carl was there and had to insure she didn't turn. That was just heavy and extremely well done in my opinion. - Rick's gonna go more psycho than Carl. This is gonna be a fun ride!

I think that one inmate will fill T-dog's place as a source of strength, but he won't let his conscience affect him as much. One thing I have to wonder though, is why no one has asked the inmates yet what they were in for. What if one of them is a pedophile? Things could get...awkward.

I would have thought rick would have asked them that too since they were going on and on about how they are good men. Clearly you're not. You're in jail for a reason. Unless they already told rick 2 episodes back, I don't remember.

Seems to me that's how some of the worst offenders behave. They want to gain the confidence of others, then turn around and commit horrible acts when those people let their guard down. I would shoot him just based on principle.
