It's interesting that a lot of your work didn't work for me thumbnail-size but did work in big, for example the selective color-eyepatch shot and the manly styled woman shot. This one though is very unsuccessful in my opinion:

It's one of my commonly most liked pics *lol* (which I do not care THAT much about) but I very well do respect and thank you for your opinion!
I don't produce shots for thumbnails, so it's ok for me they don't work that way. ^^
