I got bored about halfway through your portfolio. Your portfolio needs to be culled down by about half. Keep:

If you want to get work, you need to have stats up. You have a good glam and pinup look though, so if I were you I would ditch the gore and bondage stuff and stick with that.

Thanks smile

Your work is that of a new model. Keep at it.

At 5'3",  you're limited genre-wise, but if you hit the gym and toned up, I think glamour would be a good path.

Not with shit like this in your portfolio:
http://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/30905848 (18+)

But making it how? By making it do you mean making pretty pictures (you do have some cute pin up stuff)? By making it do you mean making a living doing this? Do you mean being famous?

Yes. It is unflattering and I can't really see you. Nothing about your avatar makes me want to investigate your portfolio further.

If so, do I have a photo worthy?

Not really. This would be my choice until you can shoot a suitable replacement:

How do you feel about photo shoots when you need to be in mud, have baby oil over you, or some other messy substance?

Because I hate New York and usually only come up there for commercial assignments. Anything freelance and I breeze in and out of there like an 18 year old boy, just asl Markman.

Yes, but my skanky naked alter ego is not. tongue

I'm cool with it, and have done many such shoots. Having a place/way to clean up after is preferred. What is not preferred is having that shit sprung on me last minute and not cleared beforehand.

Depends on the job. Your bottom 5 are the strongest in your portfolio, IMHO.

You have solid beauty stuff! Some of your full body stuff falls flat for me though. I would focus on getting a solid team together, especially including a stylist.

Brennan,

I've got this strange injury on the palm of my hand.

What do you think caused it, and how do I help it to get better?

A unicorn.. Because it's a fucking unicorn.

Quit wasting your time doing editorial stuff and focus on commercial work.

Be mean and snarky to people on the internet?

Unicorns are indeed the superior mythical beings.

You are right, doing commercial work would probably be the smartest thing for me to do, especially since the market in San Francisco is for commercial. Will try to focus more on that when I resume modeling this summer.

Your snark wouldn't be nearly as entertaining if it wasn't constantly coupled with insight, though. Lots of people are snarky and mean on the internet but it just looks stupid in most cases because they don't know what they're talking about. You, on the other hand, actually have knowledge in your field and credibility behind that snarkyness which makes it perfectly acceptable. I dig it.

Which to cull to make room for new stuff? I feel some are a bit repetitive but have become attached and need an objective eye. Thank you :-)
