So.. Should I start a new account under a new name now and add more pictures to it later or should I stick with this until I want to start uploading naughtier stuff?

If you think you want another acct/new name, I'd go ahead and apply for it as soon as you can so that it has time to get approved, that way when you want to use it, you won't have to wait around at all.
As for which acct to add things to, that kinda depends on your profile privacy settings (such as if your profile is set to members only and how you have 18+ set to members only).
Unfortunately, there are no clear-cut guidelines for such things, everything are such personal decisions based on our own circumstances and our own needs.
Basically, I would say that if they are shots that you don't mind being tied to/connected to this name in an obvious way, go ahead and post here, otherwise, only put them in that other account.
