About Me

I work primarily in figure modeling, both for Ringling College of Art & Design and also at large in the Sarasota area, but I am also interested in photography and acting (visual or voice) related work.

My Philosophy:

"Providing an Aid to the Instructor, A Tool for the Student, and an Inspiration for the Artist by Modeling with Clarity and Readiness."

I am a performance oriented individual and I take a process oriented approach to my work.

I strive to deliver the best possible service to any Artist, Photographer, Instructor or Student.

Goals on the Model Mayhem forum are:

To uphold my positive precedent and to better my modelling.

To act in and voice-over or the narrative, instructional or comedic areas.

To work in Photographic Modelling for:

- College Figure & Anatomy Instruction
- Events and Body Painting
- Nudes & Artistic Nudes
- Published / Printed Mediums

Payment and Rates:

I accept paid assignments with only limited TF work for which will normally require a Mutual release.

I am flexible on terms and will normally negotiate them on a case specific basis.

Payments for one-time modelling sessions should be completed at the end of each session excepting agreements for ongoing or recurring sessions related to a particular class, project, or portrait.

Contact:

Due to the nature of this forum, I am currently using email as my primary means of communication for initial contact:

[email protected]

A Word about Etiquette for this MM Forum:

If you want to add me to your friends list, tag me or add me to any other list you've got started, please be sure that your list is not too terribly wide in scope, i.e. artistic nudes thrown together with adult content. You can be assured that I will delete my pic from such a list.

When in doubt, feel free to send me a message and ask.

I check messages and requests myself and I do not like automated friend generators or just being added for no particular reason.

Thank you for your courtesy.

The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art: Special Exhibitions

I was photographed for a present day snapshot illustrating how drawing from life is still relevant in the fine arts schools for an exhibition on display in the Spring of 2009 entitled:

"Language of the Nude"; Four Centuries of Drawing the Human Body.

I mimic the pose of a ‘plastinized’ cadaver. An extremely tough assignment with fully exerted poses.

This was such a wonderful workshop to be a part of.

I truly enjoyed the experience of being around so many talented people all together at one time and place creating art.

I am grateful to have been able to contribute to the  learning endeavours of all the folks involved in this workshop.
