I solemnly swear never to book you for an 8 AM call, ever again.

I don't like seeing the morning side of 8 AM, either -

The beach? Sure. The photographers have the added bonus of not having to bring reflectors since there are enough of us lily white people to stand and glow where needed.

Boo Hamptons.

What about a tour bus? We could charter a bus like a church group and go to a farm somewhere or something.

A vineyard/barn sounds like a much better idea than the beach - more possible locations.

Unless it's a beach with rocks, and sand, and a pier, and etc.

there is this park in eastern Long Island that has a huge pond with three huge rocks overlooking. It also has a barn with a wrought iron cart in front and, I kid you not, a bamboo forest.

There is a huge park near washington heights that has a waterfall and immediately to the side of it there's a cobblestone stairway, and a huge cobblestone road.

All of these ideas sound awesome!  I'm pretty down down for all of them -- when we do set it up, notification should be far in advance like the last one so we have plenty of time to clear schedules.

Vineyard sounds like the best idea...especially if it is going to be in the fall...get that autumn look!

Top 10 Reasons for not showing up for the Shootout

No. 10  -  I had a Family Emergency (00Siris - Saturday wink)

No. 09  -  I feel sick this morning, must have been something I ate (Hangover!)

No. 08  -  I Can't get a ride. (Many carpooled!)

No. 07  -  I thought it was NEXT weekend?

No. 06  -  I got to the train station (Jefferson & the 'L'), I lost the directions so I went home.

No. 05  -  My Dog Died.

No. 04  -  I thought this was a paying gig.

No. 03  -  I got a paying gig.

No. 02  -  I just noticed the No Escort Rule.

And the NUMBER ONE reason for not showing up to the ShootOut....(drumroll)

I stabbed myself in the leg with a Potato Peeler and spent the weekend in the Hospital!  Pics below to prove it!

lmao - Clever Clever

I particularly like #10 and #4 but I would have thought the excuse, "I never got the call for the location", would have at least made it to the top 5. wink
