Hooker=Doctor?
http://www.forbes.com/2003/10/08/cz_af_1008health.html According to the article it appears that people who have sex on a regular basis tend to live longer, healthier lives. For some people, the only way they'd ever get laid is if they paid for it. By criminalizing prostitution are we denying some people "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness?" And, can we now refer to your friendly neighborhood hooker as Dr.? Discuss. Mar 11 06 05:07 pm Link No! Criminalizing prostitution shows complete ignorance of the basic relationship between men and women and it's roll in the survival of the species. All women are prostitutes and all men are johns. The people who prosecute prostitutes are basically reincarnations of the people who once prosecuted people for saying the earth revolves around the sun. When I was a slut, I tried to find out something to support my lifestyle choices, but unfortunately the statistics were arguing against me. So I got a boyfriend and am attempting that monogamous road. I am getting way more sex on a regular basis than I ever did however when I was single. I mean, 2x a day average? you can't do that even if you are a slut unless you are pathological about it. Or wilt chamberlain. It was a general stateme - Mar 11 06 09:44 pm Link Dudley Watson wrote: It's an interestng topic. One common argument for legalizing it (or decriminalizing it, if you prefer) is that it would allow women to report abuse to the police without being afraid of getting into trouble for breaking the law. You would hink that prostitues would be all for scrapping the prostitution laws, but I read an article where they interviewed hookers about legalizing it and they were mostly against it, because they were afraid if it were legalized, they would just be forced into the sleezy parts of town by zoning laws. I'm militantly against prostitution laws, but that was something I never thought of. Mar 11 06 09:55 pm Link So can we get our health insurance to pay for it?
