I strongly disagree.  I police the contest for mature images, at times disqualifying several a day.  Look back through the past week's contests and you'll see this.

Bare buttocks (thong or not) applies only at angles from the rear and not when viewing the flanks.  Even so, this is a difficult rule to interpret fairly since many lingerie shots fall into a grey area.

Likewise implied sexual activity is open to interpretation and difficult to apply evenhandedly. That said, I don't feel we see many entries that strongly portray sexual behavior in this contest.  So it's generally not an issue.

See-through clothing (including lingerie) is fine as long as nothing is revealed that violates other mature image criteria.  I watch closely for this and it's one of the more common reasons for images to be disqualified (as opposed to full nudity that violates the image guidelines).

Again, the thing to keep in mind is that just because an image includes nudity it's not necessarily a mature image by Model Mayhem's mature image guidelines.  All the Moderators do their best to set personal feelings aside regarding what is and is not an appropriate image, following these guidelines instead.

When it comes to the contests then I'm inclined to give as much leeway as possible while still following the site's mature image guidelines.  I would rather let contest participants choose images they prefer rather than me do it for them -- while keeping the contest within its own and site rules.

totally understand and Im sure job is no easy one. I  understand about the buttocks now, that wasnt explained when I read the link you listed.  I dont envy your job at all, although it is very hard to compete with those images as a young model but not yours or anyones fault.  The guidelines you would have to admit on that link are not explained too well. The contests I realize are just for fun and shouldnt be taken too seriously
