Exactly - why mess it up by putting price. ENjoy the art. TFCD is a good thing - nothing negative about it.

We agree that TF is a great option, but if you're telling me i'm not good enough to be paid for my work, that's "negative".  You haven't said that, though, I don't think. Can I reasonably ask for payment if a business or a model wants me to shoot for them? If so, what's my reasonable rate?

You got the talent - but to increase your marketability - you must diversify your port. Until then TFCD please.

Why is this picture not even in your port https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/p … 3#28499813  ?

Your credited section is better than your port itself - in my mind. I shall say $40/hr.

Your outdoor location shootings are outstanding. In US, you could charge $65/hr.

AI am blatantly frank and honest! But please remember photography is subjective and opinions differ as does the definition of beauty!

And above 21 years old please. All others get ignored.

Sure..

Wow. I'm surprised. I rarely shoot any TFCD anymore. I wonder if my current model mayhem portfolio does not best showcase my abilities. Thanks for the input though.

Me too! Someone else with a much smaller/less diverse port was given a money rate, doesn't seem to make sense? Seems like you have a strong port with tons of different but good work

Thank you! I try to keep my portfolio diverse but sometimes I feel clueless as to what photos to put into it. I tend to shoot a lot of photo sets for content websites but choosing one stand alone image for a portfolio is very different than shooting a whole photo set with a storyline.
Perhaps my style or body type is not one that the OP generally hires for shoots.

You look 15 years younger than what your age is stated as. You have a great figure and you emote well in front of the camera. I would  pay about $70/hr.

Nice port and your portraits are highly commendable. Be careful you do not go overboard with post production editing.
$50/hr.

Yes, you need to post more pictures from your recent posts. Right now your post seems incomplete. I love your expressions in this pic https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/33038230
TFCD until the port gets up to speed.

May I ask how much is your current rate - I want to know where did I go wrong in my assessments. As the others will tell you here...I am darned close.
Usually $100/ hour. Then again I'm in Australia where everything is higher. My rates are comparable with other art nude models here. It's working for me so far smile

(Aussie here) - Yep your rates are standard for here! Particularly for your range & level of experience etc smile

OP- Will you give me your opinion for me please?

Thank you for that! I appreciate it and it sounds like a solid rate.

side bar:

I'm changing the way I handle my trade shoots. This is because of a recent trilogy of marathon sessions with a photographer who, at our last shoot, mentioned if he was with a paid model he would've went the day before and scouted the location first!

Trade only doesn't mean take advantage of. Only redeemable factor in the above scenario would be if he actually emails me any of the shots. That would make it better.

Thank you for this nice rate and kind compliments.
