Basal thermometer -- it tracks your temperature and after a couple of months you'll know roughly what days you ovulate Eat a fairly clean diet. Live like you're already pregnant -- eat healthy, no drinking, no smoking, etc. TAKE FOLIC ACID! That are the most important things I have read. As well, remember that it can take any healthy couple up to a year to conceive. Good luck!

Seems to me that getting pregnant should be fun and not work. Especially if you're only 23 and your clock isn't ticking. I can understand when people try for years and never get pregnant and have to put some work and effort in but for most people I don't think it involves more than having sex.

If he's uncircumcised, you may be getting yeast infections because he's not cleaning properly down there? I'd say, make a steady diet of yogurt to keep your PH tip top. I mean a lot. Plus, it's very good for you. Avoid too many sugars. I think cutting down on soda if you're a soda addict will help tremendously with that. Yeah, just increase yogurt consumption and cut the sugar back. And make sure his junk is squeaky clean. Also, I do think infections down south can increase the chances of miscarriage, so I would talk to a doctor if you develop one after conceiving. Back to soda grr....I'm gonna have some major headaches the next few weeks kicking that. My husband is circumcised so nothing there. And I will up the yogurt in my diet. Chobani is going to be my new best friend.

Make sure you have insurance in place. It's expensive to have babies and my OB required payment upfront. I worked up until a week before I had my son. The getting pregnant part is easy for most people. Oh and consider taking parenting classes -- both of you -- especially if you come from less than "normal" home lives.

Two virgins decide to have a baby, and one night when they were ready to do the deed confusion set in. The man not knowing quite what to do. Finally, the woman says, "I think you're supposed to take that thing you're always playing with and put it where I pee." The man, even more confused now shrugged his shoulders, got out of the bed, and put his bowling ball in the sink.

You're better off buying a plain yogurt and adding fresh fruit.

No walking around in moist underwear. Since you'll be having unprotected sex, you're also going to be having some periodic "leakage" every now and then, so maybe consider investing in some panty liners just to keep your noo noo dry.

When trying to get pregnant what are your tips? Physical? Diet? Sex positions? I know some of them are old wives tales but they are fun? Did you try any of them? What worked? What did not? My wife and I just "did it" as often as we could. That was our only goal. Took us 2 months to get pregnant with our first and one month to get pregnant with the 2nd. So I guess it worked Good luck..........and Blessings!

Vitex herb & B2 combo. Raspberry Leaf tea. Ovulation charting. You can have all the sex you want but if you doing it at the wrong time it's not going to work.

Going off birth control did it. And we didn't "try" to have a baby. We were happy with each other, we were ready if a baby did come along, and kaboom, ten months later that's what happened.
