You know your camera and your exposures are technically correct and extremely boring.

Even this one
https://modelmayhm-2.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/080314/21/47db249bb272d_m.jpg
Is kind of rigid.

Compare it to this picture which is also static, but also have some energy in it.

You have beautiful models.
People aren’t animals. You don’t shoot nature.
Add some dramatic element in lighting. Force some emotions.
GO OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE!

Good verity and very professional look

I’d add one good clean headshot (my personal obsession:)

and through out this pictures

You are nice girl and can pull some emotions, probably under some guidance
You are still not natural and quite rigid.
Also you are too indiscriminative to your pictures. Too many similar.
I mean you are the same on most of them. They don’t show different sides of your talent.

For example those two:
https://modelmayhm-7.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/080403/22/47f58ddf2feaa_m.jpg

https://modelmayhm-7.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/080317/22/47df265cd136a_m.jpg

Get rid of https://modelmayhm-7.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/080325/22/47e9b8d1d9461_m.jpg
You already have picture that shows your flexibility and this one is done from wrong angel. It’s too unfaltering for you.

Add beauty shot.
This one https://modelmayhm-7.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/080115/23/478d8283156f4_m.jpg
isn’t up to the quality it should be.

This one is also isn’t faltering for your face
https://modelmayhm-7.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/080106/21/47818894587ee_m.jpg
You should be posed differently if you want to make this picture from low angle

I don’t see simplest basic things on your port.
Makeup – well lit clear natural look.

The closest one is
https://modelmayhm-6.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/080118/19/4791402e7964e_m.jpg
but for your purposes it should be without hat.

Hair – again, I don’t see plain smooth “hair back” look that would be required for many cosmetic commercials. In fact I think it’s one of the most challenging looks.
Browsing through hundreds of ports I extremely rarely see good example of this smooth look.

Also, I see no evidence that you can work with ethnic models.

Even though you don’t have big verity on your port, it’s obvious that you are hard worker and not afraid of getting dirty.
You had chance to work with good photographers and now you should expand your presentation and learning how to sell yourself.

Make good headshot.
This one
https://img7.modelmayhem.com/070409/02/4619dbd933206_m.jpg
is nice picture but not good as headshot.
You are squinting and half of your face isn’t visible. Also lens was too short for headshot purposes.

You don’t need this picture
https://img7.modelmayhem.com/070414/19/462167af4b988_m.jpg
it shows nothing about you

this snapshot doesn’t belong to your port
https://img7.modelmayhem.com/070409/02/4619db93f2e77_m.jpg

You need some full body shot as well. This one https://img7.modelmayhem.com/070414/19/4621684a19a94_m.jpg
doesn’t give clear picture about your shape

You need to make some housecleaning.
I think 37 pictures are too many for your port.
Trim the number down to say 12-16. 20 is max.
You have too many similar images. It’s boring.
You are deflating impression by this.

You have some very nice lifestyle images.
This one is great
https://modelmayhm-2.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/080127/01/479c1f4da3f92_m.jpg

You have way too many headshots.
Pick two and delete the rest.

And your fitness/dance pictures.
First I see the good once
https://modelmayhm-2.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/071228/23/4775d3c5142de_m.jpg

https://modelmayhm-2.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/071119/03/474144af39414_m.jpg

And the rest are so inferior to this... If I consider hiring you based on those pictures I’d drop the idea the moment I see the rest.

The same is with pinup. Some good pictures are counterweighted by mediocre.

Remember, you are as good as the worst picture on your port.
Go for quality, not quantity

Thank you for your insight!! smile

based on your pictures.

However based on the text of your port I’d run away.
1.    Day isn’t 4 hours. Up to 4 hours is called “half-day”
2.    remove the line “Some photographers I will not work with again due to lack of professionalism.” I’d suspect that you person with not-easy personality. It may be wrong conclusion; but why would I take risk?

Also get rid of this picture 18+

This straight neckline makes very weird look. It’s sooo unflattering for your face.
Yes, lighting and mood is nice, but you look not your best
Also left shoulder position makes this ugly fattening bump.

Good start.
Very nice headshots.

Also kudos to Marquelle for ability to make so different looks and styles.

With exception to this picture https://modelmayhm-5.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/080115/21/478d69fc9366b_m.jpg

i see no your contribution.
On all other pictures you are merely prop, mannequin. You are too rigid and posed.
They are nice artistic pictures but they don’t show YOUR abilities.
Also you need at least one picture where you are standing so I you potential customer could see your general appearance, shape, posture.
It’s better to do it in some sporty outfit that would underline your body structure

thanks so much!

You are bragging about your experience.
1.    Fix spelling on your port.
2.    Make sure that you pictures that support your claims and ambitions

You have some nice headshot and that’s basically it.

https://modelmayhm-5.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/080306/01/47cf887fb5464_m.jpg
This isn’t most flattering picture for thighs. Pose also looks strange

https://modelmayhm-5.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/080311/14/47d6d60fc66a0_m.jpg
You shoulder. Never turn it his way and never ever actually use you arm as support and don’t put weight on it.

https://modelmayhm-5.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/080202/13/47a4b1adf091f_m.jpg
Make you and your legs look shorter.

https://modelmayhm-5.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/080405/01/47f71154cb651_m.jpg
This is just bad picture.
The lighting of the dress is horrible.

https://modelmayhm-5.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/080404/00/47f5a8b05b28b_m.jpg
Your right leg turned in weird way and drags too much attention.

Work on verity, commercial images and some good full body pictures.

Don’t keep bad pictures on your port. They cheapen you.

Keep “Left Eye Photo” and “Ty Robinson”. Ty Robinson’s pictures are really good and sell you well.
Get rid of the rest (I mean last 7 pictures). They just suck.

Because you have too many good pictures on your port.
Yes. Too many good pictures.
Why do you need them when you have enough excellent ones to fill the space?

Not every technically good picture should be shown there.
If it’s hard, start from consolidating “almost doubles” like those:
https://modelmayhm-5.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/071119/01/47412d69cfbf6_m.jpg https://modelmayhm-5.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/071104/22/472e943c2810c_m.jpg

Yes, they are different. But the difference is much bigger in your eyes then for outside viewer.

Yes, it’s hard to decide which version is better.
But this is lame excuse to shift this work to viewer.
You are the artist and you have to choose, unless you combine them in one somehow and manage to make new art piece.

Then start deleting one picture a week until you have only “Wow” pictures.

You lack basic clean non-photoshopped headshot

This one isn't bad
https://modelmayhm-7.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/080303/22/47ccbcea9002a_m.jpg

But it isn't really headshot, some frontal view would be more convenient to assess if I'd like to hire you

Sean Rice pictures are very pleasant artistic pictures. They truly show skills of the photographer and not yours.

What new information about your abilities can I get form this picture?
https://modelmayhm-7.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/080209/00/47ad33a647b4f_m.jpg
NONE!

Or this one?
https://modelmayhm-7.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/080208/23/47ad315502e91_m.jpg

Others even worse
https://modelmayhm-7.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/080329/20/47eee517374a8_m.jpg
what's it all about? What does it sell?
Photographer experiments with wide angle?
You neither look especially flattering there nor it demonstrates your posing skills or physical characteristics. You look very short!

Concentrate more on building portfolio that shows your body, your ability to pose, you talent to convey emotions and look natural

Not every nice picture featuring you is good for port. Sometimes it'd be better to remove it from port, print and hang on the wall.

Very good set of emotive images that shows you skill.

I’d remove this one
https://modelmayhm-1.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/080213/23/47b3c27ba9ced_m.jpg
Because it sells nothing in regards to you. It sells photographer. Not every good picture is suitable for modeling port. You have just limited number of slots to make an impression about YOURSELF and YOUR skills.
If you like this picture, print it and hang on wall.

I’d take out this one as well
https://modelmayhm-1.vo.llnwd.net/d1/photos/071029/20/47267ffb55098_m.jpg

I’d be somehow reluctant to hire you because you don’t have clean non-photoshoped headshot that would allow me to see clearly your face and skin.
