In a pinch.

I'm in Korea Town, Los Angeles, at 3rd and Mariposa near Normandie. I have a curtain partition in my studio apartment , a dressing room. I sleep on the sofa. You get the bed. Unless you're Iona and the roles are reversed. I have a queen size Aero. I'm working on a real bed of sorts. My new dual G5 superceded that, and food, and...

Wenona, and Iona Lynn have stayed here more than once. This is a good location for someone who uses public transit. There is no parking except in garages but there is one 24 hour garage 6 blocks away on Kenmore and 6th with reasonable rates.

I am near public transit. The 16 bus goes from downtown to Century City. The 720 Rapid bus on Wilshire goes from downtown to Santa Monica. The Normandie subway station is 4/10ths of a mile. Easy access to Union station and the LAX Flyaway bus at Union Station.

Sure.  Downtown Denver.

You'll have to go through an interview process before I let anyone in my house, but in principle I'm OK with it.  Especially if you promise to host me when I travel. smile

I can't imagine why anyone would want to come to Calgary, AB Canada but I'm certainly open to hosting occasionally. I'm in a condo without a spare room, so you'd be on the couch. We might be getting a futon in my office at some point but I can't guarantee it. I don't drive but I'm close to transit, and depending on when your flight is in me n my boy could probably pick you up from the airport (he drives). Oh and I have an ankle bitter who's starting to run around, so you can't be allergic to kids. And it's a non smoking place.

I need to know a few weeks in advance, can't be while I'm out of town myself and I references are a pivotal part too...

And the offer is extended to models, photographers, and stylists of all descriptions.

I've been known to host a model (or two) at my Urban hang Suite.

I live in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, close to... to... all kindsa cool shit, man!  Shopping, restaurants, entertainment, parks, etc.  Too much to list; you just have to see for yourself.  Great access to the Interstates as well as the subway/railway.

Cool thread, it would be great to find out if the people who responded thus far are also willing to host other artists in addition to models. I would love to travel more often, but finding a decent priced place to stay is one of the many reasons I cut down on traveling.

I like taking pictures and having pictures taken.
And anyone who's not creepy or gonna kill me (or my cats or laptop) is welcome to the spare bedroom for a few nights.

Though I would not imagine many people would want to stay in my house here with two crazy dachshunds and two crazy kids, I would still be open to having that brave soul here.  I am in Peoria, AZ (that's the NW corner of the Phoenix area) and being one of the few natives, have quite a few connections and know most corners of this state very well.

Now the place that would be easier for me to host people (don't care if you are a traveling model, photographer, or what), is in my house down in Puerto Penasco Mexico (AKA Rocky Point).  The dogs don't go down there with me ever, the kids seldom, so my wife and I usually have the spare bedroom and the sofa sleeper free to those who would like to join us.  Put me down to host in both, but know that Rocky Point is always going to be the more fun option!

Oh, and if I am not going to be down in Mexico when you want to go, pm me and MAYBE I will let you have it all to yourself.  No promises though!

Artsy house in the Pasadena area of LA. Fold-out bed in the living room. 20 mins to downtown & Hollywood, 30 mins to the beach (driving). Mass transit (such as it is) outside the front door. Traveling Model/Photog/Mua OK as long as you're nice.

I'm near Raleigh, NC (Chapel Hill, North Carolina) and have an extra bedroom for models.  I travel full-time myself but you never know when I'll be there and have a friend that can provide a key if I have good references for you.  Check my schedule.  As a model I know who to work with in NC.

I'm near Metro Airport in Detroit, 20 minutes to Downtown. My place is pretty nice, very nice. You'll be comfy. Any models, photographers, MUA, anyone in our business needing a place to stay while in town is welcome. The room is fully finished, couch, pool table, pin ball, TV, and access to your bathroom. I am a full time photographer, so you'll have to put up with me whenever you are here, but I'm as clean and boring a human that walks the earth, so you'll be safe.

Iowa:  Just off I-80.   Between Iowa City and Des Moines.  Have a guest bedroom and hot tub.    I'm especially open to hosting, if it means I can get a brief shoot in (Time For Lodging?), but I'm willing to help anyone in need of a place to stay.
