Great variety in your port and great technical skills.
However in some photos models connect with the camera poorly.
https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/16292238 +18
in this cropping is bad https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/12212800
and I know sexy, this one is not.
I like your portraiture.
The rest is not much appealing to me.
this one https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/120102/20/4f0285197c695_m.jpg is a sure eye catcher, nothing strong enough to list in any of my available categories.

I would love to hear some feedback I have done nature wildlife photography for the past 3-4 years.  and only recently decided to expand to models.    I have a couple shoots under my belt.  I personally feel they are really novice photos.  but I expected that from my first 2 shoots.  so feedback   positives/negatives, what to look for could really help me develop my skill in this field.

If you want my opinion, start shooting models as subjects not objects of nature. Make your photos more interesting by better styling, backgrounds and be resourceful.
Currently they come across as a bit dull.

You make a great fashion runway model.
I found few eye catchers in your port.
https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110408/12/4d9f686c9f173_m.jpg
excellent hair modeling here https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/100924/18/4c9d52149a544_m.jpg
your best for fashion is probably this one https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/111130/13/4ed69f46e9974_m.jpg but in general I don't like high key images, your demenor and look works in that but the lighting and cropping  could be better IMHO
When you pose antyhing other then fashion watch your posing and face expressions.
This is my fav in the bunchhttps://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110609/15/4df149b147492_m.jpg

Please rip my portfolio... Would love to hear your thought. I want to see how far I've self-taught myself within 2 months smile

I looked your work so far and here are some reccommendations.
watch your framing/cropping
in this https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/23662155
avoid always cropping limbs arms and waist down because looks awkward.
watch your exposure, in this https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/23903240
you are losing contrast and dynamic range.
this one is nicely posed https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110624/18/4e053a341f8b1_m.jpg but you can still create subtle shadows by uneven lighting.
you do sexy well
this is my favhttps://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/110529/19/4de303b42c17d_m.jpgbut prefer a bit lower key.
It's better to develop your own style.
wink work on your light and exposure.

and I already listed in my hand picked pinups list few months ago.
Your erotic pictures can be perceived as creative for some but it's not much appealing to me personally.
Lighting in your photos varies a lot, the style as well therefore it gives the a mixed bag impression.
your high key is good but you must control better flat light in some of other erotic pictures.
I am not going to comment much on art nudes
https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/26288848 +18
but I can only say the light is meh and this genre is not your forte.
if you rigged the bondage shibari you are good, but I like higher contrast BWs in general and looser cropping.
Overall you have an average port, great pinup ideas are noted. But pink erotic spreads in your port are diminishing your port in MM and they are certainly better suited for adult web site use.
wink

I find this to be best https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/111109/12/4ebae57b2636d_m.jpg even if I don't like high key.
Nice colors.
work with more photographers and work well on your posing.
current port pictures are not that exciting for not to say boring. Particularly black and white shots.

you need variety in your port.
I like https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/17756213 +18
you also need to work on your poses,
you look the same in many photos.
cropping of pictures could be better
work with good photographers.

avoid poses like this https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/p … 5#23673165
where your body looks short and crooked.
Most poses in your port are similar, you need variety.
too many beach shots.
Unable to pick a best.

OK so you have a small port but quite a bit of talent.
If you are rigging the shibari yourself it is really great however on those rope bondage the light scheme could have been better.
Few I catchers I am impressed with, https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/100723/00/4c49425aaf015_m.jpghttps://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/100228/20/4b8b4828dcb5a_m.jpg(listed)https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/100228/22/4b8b614d9c82c_m.jpg
