I am an accomplished female photographer based in the San Francisco Bay Area with years of experience in various styles of photography. I visit LA as often as possible when time allows. I am always determined about creating excellent imagery. My photography work is of a particular style that I have strived very hard to cultivate and develop over the years. In addition to working with models, I shoot many events, weddings and do landscape photography as well.

:::WINTER 2012:::
I will have weekdays available, Monday, Friday are best and Sunday on the weekend availability to catch up on some of the lovely gals that have been so patiently waiting to work with me and dealing with my hectic schedule. I am looking for indoor locations that we could possibly utilize, talk with your friends and please let me know if you can offer some creative location recommendations. I love discovering odd locations, how they inspire such great backdrops for models. The images always have a stronger sense, mood and purpose than just having her stand in front of some white backdrop. But this is my opinion, studio backdrops have their place in art as well, I'm just not as into working with them as I prefer a setting, as it is more inspiring to my eye.
If you are willing to model in this chilly California weather, burrrr for us Californians right, there are always amazing outdoor locations I have in mind or can find too. I'm still working on different fashion and/or pinup styles outdoors too.
:::FALL 2011:::
I am doing some other consulting work right now, so for the Fall Season I am only booking shoots on Sundays as my weekdays are rather variable at this time and I do not want to have any scheduling conflicts. This will change again soon I'm sure but for now its just Sundays.

I have a new camera and I am pushing my work into some new styles, please read the detailed information below about where my focus is currently directed....
:::PROJECTS:::
[b]::: 1st::: I am continuing my style of dramatic Beauty n Fashion shots which has a feel to them that pays homage to NatGeo Portraits. I want to do a photo journalist style meets beauty portrait that seems more documentary rather than just a pretty head-shot. I am always looking for some great BIG necklaces or other cool BIG accessories to shoot with this style, maybe even a little face n body paint. When we are shooting this style I am sure to incorporate other fashion style images as well that are full-length or full scale with great background depending upon wardrobe, location, etc.
::: 2nd ::: I am always shooting various Pinup styles. I am less focused for the moment on my pinups lingerie bedroom style but still shoot it when model and good location come together. Actually I am more into shooting Alt punk or latex pinups. I am also doing a little side project I am calling my "American History Project" ask about it and I'll explain further.
I am NOW scouting for pinups to shoot with motorcycles as my boyfriend is a motorcycle mechanic and we have access to all kinds of sexy bikes. The best of these images will be turned into a 2013 calendar.
::: 3rd ::: I am looking for Couture Styling and Garb !!! do you have any couture garb or costumes????? Here is a small list of styles of interest....Burlesque, Bombshell, Fairytale, Gothic, Latex, 40's Noir, Pirate, Rockabilly, Steampunk, Tribal (mad max) or Victorian looking vintage style items in your wardrobe... I am very much into these genres and all things vintage. I would love to shoot more of it whenever possible, so tell me if you have an interesting wardrobe that fits into the above mentioned styles or a cool concept you want to shoot that isn't listed. I also have items in my closet that we can mix and match with your items to make these amazing looks happen.
::: 4th NEw project for 2012 "Dark Dreams Collection" I enjoy the dark, funky and getting freaky side of things. I am starting to vibe on doing some more scary, creepy images with models that are bold and cool enough to go into portraying these more Fetish type of images. I am going to call it my "Dark Dreams collection". This work would be under the fetish catagory but there are certain things I am not interested in shooting because it has been overly done. May require getting messy and taking a shower afterwards because I have smeared dirt or blood all over you, might be something all together different. I am open to ideas we both come up with, I am open to your imput as well as have some visions of my own. It would be great to shoot with more than just one model for some of these portrayals of course. These shoots may vary form nudes, to suggested nudes to no nudity at all depending upon the idea and your comfort zone.
::: 5th::: I continue to work on my "Goddess series" Yes the oppossite end of the spectrum... and a desire to convey the divine light in the female form. This has been ongoing gallery and book project of my own.. and requires a special kind of model. The idea is to express the immortal goddess in the mortal woman.... sometimes I will pull inspiration from deities in various religions and cultural mythologies. These are all nudes in the landscape under natural lighting conditions with models willing to do a minimal of topless to full figure nude work. I just need models that are interested in trying something new and who are not shy so that I can focus on capturing amazing images. I am working on creating some very strong spiritual fine art imagery from a woman's motion and emotion.

I can not believe that I even need to post or mention this !!!!!
...But after some of the shoots I have had lately, some of you gals, although lovely as you are, seem apparently unaware of how to appropriately bring clothing selections to a photo shoot. Do not just shove them into a bag, put them on hangers and then inside a plastic dry cleaning bag you can zip closed or in a suitcase big enough for items to lay flat !!!!! You are a model, act like one.
If you do bring me wrinkle clothes !!! expect to not be taken seriously, possibly sent home without being photographed or you'll just end up posing for me nekkid cause you don't have nothing to wear. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !

***I prefer models who will definitely find themselves comfortable in their own skin, body awareness is also a plus. Some experience, drive, creativity, enthusiasm, the ability to follow directions and be easy going is mostly all that is needed to accomplish great results.
****Bring flat shoes for walking around in and high heals or healed boots for when we are shooting the photos. Most of the time I ask my models to handle their own makeup unless we plan for something else that is special through our email correspondence.
If I have made initial contact with you then I am offering a TF* assignment. I am a recent college graduate and experienced female artist, most all my models have been willing to work with me on a TFDVD basis as they view the quality of my work and assignment ideas as something that is worthwhile and would benefit their modeling portfolio. I also do not have a steady form of income at this time and hope that you can be understanding. I normally supply 5-10 retouched high resolution digital images as well as 15-25 more raw originals for you to review and keep depending on # of outfits we shoot, etc. I believe in the mutual value of TF* and try supply to you just as much as I would expect to receive on any collaborative assignment.
