Tell her to work with what she's got! Have a good body pose and face pose! I have a problem with my chest bones (above my breasts) protruding out to the same distance or farther then my breasts. I have tried quite a few different poses but am having a hard time finding one that is flattering to my problem area. I have been doing everything I can to gain weight, have even seen a nutritionist and started a regime to help me put on a few pounds, all to no avail. Maybe for certain types like glamour or pin up some volume stays in the classic tradition . Yet personal preferences will have so many preferring small over large. That is my case, just a preferences, not a requirement, nor a hindrance in either way and anything between.
