That is fine but whether you are shooting models or building you still need to pay the $35 fee.
Walk in the door and join the fun no matter what you do for the rest of the day you need to have your name on the final attendee list and have paid the fee.

That's not a problem!  The ghost hunt sold out well in advance, she's happy to have the opportunity.  I'll make sure she gets on the list.

Just wrote down the list and I will have William start the web site next week. Everyone who wants to attend can start sending the entry fee in as soon as the information is posted on how to do so.  The first $200 will go for reserving the date and placing it on OSR's web calendar.

William would like to keep the number of attendees around 150 (30 reserve).  Even though we will have possibly more space then ESP since we are renting all areas of the building and grounds available we do not want over crowding to occur.

I can't wait for this event, just wish it wasn't so far away.  I will be bringing vintage costumes, anyone can use.  Probably have a few new ones by then also.

Do have a way more photographers then models interested right now, which always happen.  Models please tell your friends about the shoot.  I know as the date comes closer we will have more models pop in to and show interest.

With these shoots though we like to cap the number of people so we can aviod over crowding and unbalanced numbers so the sooner you know you are coming the better.

I will ask William to start a website today also.

Woohoo! I am so excited  big_smile

I have been on a big "fashion" kick lately - does anyone know any Designers or Wardrobe Stylists that would be interested in going? Also models! We need lots and lots of models! hehe

Linda! BBQ chicken pizza sounds delish.. I love chili and fajitas too so it sounds like I'll be happy no matter what. smile  As long as it's good! hehe

Are there any areas that are off limits to us? Like ESP tour routes? I'm just curious if we get to check out the areas that were in the Shawshank. Such a movie nerd and that's just beyond cool.

Now that there is a definite date and a fixed fee that I can plan on, I'm in!

Please let us know where to send moolah.

The place looks and sounds amazing.  Thanks for your efforts to secure this place.  Apparently you have succeeded where a bunch of other have failed in dealing with this organization.  Congratulations.

See ya in March.

We will be adding more info to the site but most of it is there now.

William and I will also make a trip to Ohio State Reformatory soon also so we can get a personal look at the space we will be renting.

I had to guarantee no nudes would be taken for this even to take place.  Keep in mind also to nudes also applies for transparent and sheer material.  At our shoot for ESP, one model walked in with boobs hanging out and was escorted right back out.  Like William said think Ren fair, the limits can still be pushed just make sure the bits, and boobs are not visible.

Also kids are welcome down to 7 yrs old.  If anyone does bring anyone under 18 please have a guardian or parent with then and all proper paper work.  Also this is not a play ground it is a professional shoot, so act accordingly.  A few Kids and Teens are fine but we do not want a whole troop of them and then feel like we turned into babysitters for the day.

As you can also read on the website we are only doing one attendee list this time.  To be placed on the list your entry fee must be submitted along with all contact info (also listed on web site).

Remember sometimes others have the same or close to the same name, also this prevents being placed on the list more then once.  Once under alias and one under real name, this just takes up space that someone else can use.  If you think something is missing or needs corrected then please let us know.  If you have questions please let us know.

Please read all information also, this caused problems last time, because people did not read.  This event takes place rain/snow or shine.  We are here to put on a great event for everyone.  It bothers me when people say we have been anything but hospitable.

Even though this is a shorter drive for William and I; we would still like to stay in mansfield friday night.  So we can plan ahead for anyone that would like to have drink or something the night before.  And we will be close by if anyone needs something.

Yes the $35 includes food.  Right now we are thinking rolls for in the morning and home made pizzas around 2pm and then some snacks for the other parts of the day.  Plus drinks with all that.
