Evenings at the half day rate and weekend days are usually the easiest to get in, since most of my work is during weekdays. You can bring your own lights and paper backgrounds for that price or you can rent some of my equipment. Contact me for more details about equipment rentals if they are needed. The actual space is about 20 feet wide by 25 feet long (500 sqft). One of the side walls is unfinished brick, while the other side wall and back wall are painted grey. Ceilings are 12 feet tall to the underside of the beams. You get plenty of privacy. covered parking. Various props to use. -empty bathtub -medical chair -antique tools -etc. There is also a 20x20 studio cove. Plus a three bedroom guest house for your models to change and great ready. can also be used to shoot in if u wish. you get the whole property to use for what ever your project. Through special arrangements with local theatrical rental companies, I can get a client any type of lighting, camera gear, or just about anything else that is needed at a discount. Plenty of electrical power on independent circuits with about 200 amps is available. Outlets for 120, 208 single/three phase power is available for powering lights. An area next to the stage and close to the circuit breakers is available for placement of power and dimmer packs. If even more power is needed, space is available next to the roll-up door for parking a generator. The studio is well insulated and air conditioned to provide a comfortable working environment during hot summer days and nights. A strong swam p cooler is also available for quickly clearing the air of smoke and fog when using special effects. This room is ideal for celebrity clients, or anyone else who seeks some privacy. The two dressing rooms have a connecting door to allow passage between the two rooms without entering the studio area. The private restroom with the shower may also be accessed via a second door without having to enter the dressing rooms.  The lounge is an ideal place to relax, eat, read, or pass the time. Setup like a home living room, the lounge is located out of view from the other work areas in the studio. This allows others who are not directly involved with the shoot to relax, talk, eat, without interfering with the shoot. A kitchenette and a generous amount of table space is available to accommodate catering and refreshments. A wonderful place to relax without disturbing the work going on elsewhere in the studio.
