Your avi is not good, makes the model look like she has a massive face (bad angle) This photo makes the model look like her stomach hurts and her face looks big again. Over all though, your work is nice, keep at it. Yes, I would work with you.

Well I guess I will throw my hat in the ring. Despite the fact that you stated you don't want to be a model anymore, because of lack of control, and boredom, I would work with you if for no better reason than to shoot the shit about seeing the process from both sides of the fence... As well as your directorial process, it's got to be different than someone who hasn't been in front of lens (I've noticed, on this site at least, most models turned photographer are little bit harsher when it comes to critique).

I think models turned photographers are a bit more harsher then just normal photographers/models because we get bitched about taking a different road and people thinking we didn't work hard enough to get to where we are *like we haven't paid our dos* Anywho, your work is dark and dramatic. I little too much going on with make-up. If anything I would have you shoot more clean/light things for your portfolio change it up, challenge yourself. The best part of photography is that you can pick the type of photography you want to do and be amazing at it but also not limit yourself in shoot anything and everything. Something models don't have the luxury of doing. Yes, I would work with you.

Black Technicolor Art wrote: Model or Photographer??? Your work is very hit or miss for me... Some things are okay other need to go. Some photos the lighting is good others it's lacking and other times the retouch is a little too much or not enough.... It's like you can't seem to find your happy medium. For now I wouldn't work with you. keep at it

Casey Wrightsman Photo wrote: I would like to know ! I can tell you are trying REALLY hard to be good. The ideas are there but the technique is still missing. You have the ideas down but you lack in executing them. For example; You had the chance to shoot models on a helicopter, the hair/make-up are great, styling is nice but posing/storyline is not fully there. When I look at those photos the first thing I think of is "okay so she just sitting in a helicopter? doesn't look like a helicopter. Why is that model just standing outside the helicopter, why isn't someone trying to help her in or out of it. It just doesn't flow." You need to be more detailed in your story telling. I can tell you are new, just by looking at your portfolio..... I wouldn't work with you as a model but I'd let you assist me on a shoot so I could teach you a few things. For now it's a no but I'm sure I'd say yes if you ask me again in a couple of months. Good luck!

You need to stop shooting and start doing some research on what pinup and boudoir photography should look like... Here I'll help you start. This is a great and talented woman that makes magic with her clients. https://www.facebook.com/kissedbylight check the blog out as well. I would not work with you in a million years. You need a LOT of work.

Revenge Photography wrote: I'm bored editing... Do tell I'm editing too! Alright lets get down to business. You really suck at lighting/ideas when it comes to your work. There is sooo much going on in your photos. Your models aren't the focus. My eyes look everywhere and all I think is WOW what is the point of this photo. Doesn't tell me a story, doesn't give me a feeling. It's flat, nothing there, a photograph of a boring moment. The only photos I like are the ones in your form folder.. Looks cool. No, I wouldn't work with you.

Your pretty, love the curves but I find your eyes are a little too close together and your upper lip is a little too thin for my liking. I'd have to pass. No, I wouldn't work with you. First time a photographer has said anything about my eyes other than that they are huge and wide! Thanks for the critique though, have been trying to narrow down my port :-)
