A lot of that is just her natural anatomy (tiny waist and curvy butt).  Most girls would never get an ass like that, wouldn't matter what workout they did.

That's like saying do XXX workout to get Scarlett Johansson's boobs.
It doesn't work that way!  tongue

Those are good butt exercises for toning though, regardless of natural shape.  wink

Butts can be improved through exercise, especially if the person is naturally thin, so any increased tone is readily visible.  Bubble butts, however, are generally the product of fortunate genetics.

I had a big, round ass, even when I was so out of shape, I couldn't climb a hill without gasping for breath - which was most of my adolescence. There was a lot more fat on top of the glutes back then however. I lost 30 pounds, and still have a big, round ass, but mostly because that's where all of my extra body fat stores.

Seriously, a huge part of it's genetics. Even basic muscle development looks different on different people, depending on genetic factors like length and shape of connective tissues, overall limb length and supporting bone structure.

I'm thinkin that the 'so any' should've been replaced with 'for many'... and yeah... improvement through exercise is definitely possible... wink

Well, not necessarily, because for someone who stores more fat on their backside, increased tone will not be visible without additional reduction in fat stores.

For a woman with a naturally skinny butt, added muscle will be immediately visible, but that is not as frequently true for a pear-shaped female.

It's the same thing as the old saying, "A six pack is made in the kitchen, not in the gym." It doesn't matter how hard you work your abs, you will never be able to see them if there's a pouch of fat on the top. Same with butts (or anywhere really). The difference is, in women, fat is sometimes predominantly stored in the buttocks, depending on one's genetics, so taking that into consideration, a butt may not be made in the gym either....
