Where are you from? Where are you based now and do you travel for shoots?

I am from Indianapolis, Indiana, and I’m currently based out of Columbus, IN. I travel for almost all of my shoots and I’m almost always on the road.

Who or what inspired you to become a model?

My fiance encouraged me to take up modeling in June 2020, and here I am now, not even a year later, and I just hit 46k on Instagram!

How and when did you start modeling?

I started modeling in June 2020. When a photography page I followed was selling off their wardrobe, I reached out and talked myself into doing a free shoot in some of the clothing I was buying. I fell in love with it from there. They sent me to another photographer who introduced me to Model Mayhem and I found my first few jobs on here.

What type of modeling do you enjoy the most?

I enjoy lingerie-type shooting. I’ve shifted my work more towards this style recently. I also enjoy shooting artistic nudes, however, I do not offer this booking option.

What do you look for when deciding to work with a photographer?

I look for credentials, past reviews from models, and their work. If their work is not up to par, I will not bother reaching out. Credentials verify their identity. I will admit, I have been in some very scary situations. Keep in mind, things do happen, and not everyone is who they say they are. Always reach out to past models they have worked with and never feel scared to ask for someone’s experience with that photographer. Models take their safety very seriously and will be completely honest when answering.

Which models or other artists currently inspire you?

Recently, TaylorK has been inspiring me like crazy. I just got the chance to meet her in person and I’m stoked for our future work together!

What would be your dream shoot?

My absolute dream shoot would be something for Playboy (of course), hopefully with some older cars or in nature.

How important is social media in your success?

Social media is everything. Your popularity can change overnight with the help of technology. Through social media, I’ve been able to make wonderful connections with many different models and photographers, travel all around the United States, and make some beautiful photos.

What else do you like to do outside of modeling?

I just finished the very last final of my senior year of college and I’ll be graduating in just a few days with a bachelor’s degree! I also love music, singing, and volunteering.

What’s the best career advice you can give to new models?

Never give up on yourself. The only person that is stopping you from succeeding is yourself. Success does not happen overnight. Work, persistence, and tenacity will take you all the way to your modeling goals!
