Seeing all of the talent out there in Vegas has me very excited to be moving there! Will probably be another few months at least, though. Wish I could hurry up and clean my darn house so I can put it on the market already!

About 1,000 I would love to know your guys opinions. Im baisically ready to step up to the next level and graduate form 'poin n shoots'. Im also having alot of Nieces and Nephews doing those things you want to capture on camara, so Id like to get some better quality images. You guys think this is a descent camara? The T1i has an image quality substantially better than my D60, and I've sold 30x40 prints from that one. It's a solid performer, though the controls aren't as easy to use as in the 30D/40D/50D series. For pretty much any use other than high-speed sports or extreme environments, it's a very good camera.

I was actually selected to play asian business person role in a movie shot here in Vegas. I just saw an craigslist ad for extras and want to be in the background of a movie. They ask me to send a picture, so I did. And they said I would be perfect for the role. Although I did go do it, because of conflicting schedules. As it has been said before, Anybody can be a model to the right person.

hey if your a local artist and appreciate this thread, could you guys put the banner on your page or maybe make your own, (incase yellow is not your color...LOL) Can I ask just a lil more form you guys and bring/get more people here.... ?? the more we get the more the thread will stay alive and models will feel more comftorable and the photog to photog talk will eventually lead to shootouts, or meet and greets, or some inpromptu shoot at midnight usually....lol just a thought

Models here in Vegas, need a serious wake up call.... they are the ones putting out casting calls for pics, right? So if they want something and we are able to provide why cant they pay "us" for our time working for them. but still, they refuse to PAY us! But when its US looking for models... they demand WE pay them, and rarely does a model ever come over for TFP work So woudlnt this be a double standard policy brought on by the models themselves? Asking US to only shoot TFP is getting ridiculous, models need to give something back to us (the photographers). Either cash donation, unique concepts, or some damn figure studies....hahahaha.. just my .02 cents

Just got done spending a week with him and another model in Diego. Bottom line, the models with 5 pics and 2 comments total, and a bio front page full of blah blah blah useless text thats in al CAPS and make demads like this/these i dont know you so im bring an escort, deal with it i want every single pic of the shoot before i leave you provide mua or no deal I am experience model and that why your paying me to show any offers of TFP are useless, so photogs dont bother. and I dont shoot nudes, but i ok with fullbody implied...

Thank Mike for the invite!! I agree with what you said about some of the models on here!! I see your moving to NC. I miss Vegas soooooooooo much!! Its going to be a cultural shock, don't you think? I'm only in Reno and its been a hard move for me! Good luck to you! Hopefully the economy is better there! More people willing the pay up! LOL!!!
