Unfortunatly, with gas and the recently upped fee, I won't be able to make it.

The information i was trying to share with you was based on what i had experienced in dealing with them, I was trying to help... sorry you took it as i was "venting" about my time with them... ( i don't have time or the desire to use YOUR site as a launching point for my feeling..)

What you said came across as being very negative.  There is such a thing as constructive input.  I'm sorry if you felt "dissed" by the responses you got in the thread... but the old saying holds true: "You attract more flies with honey."

I find your words demeaning and insulting... I was just trying to help.. But if helping is just agreeing with you then I guess i did not... Oh ya we all know the weather is the same every March.. so great weather is a given...

Hey, weather is weather.  We could plan the event for mid-summer and everyone would complain about heat.  In the spring, it could rain.  The last big shoot we held was in March and the weather was delightful.  *shrugs*

I'm sorry to hear that.  We had to adjust the price to avoid gouging the photographers (I don't think it's fair that one segment of attendees pay the bulk of the fees.)  This is the most equitable and fair solution we could come up with...

Wish we had more cool abandoned places around to shoot at.  William would like to shoot at an air plane junk yard; think we could get away with bringing a plane home? lol wink

If you are interested after the group shoot you can gather a group of 30 or more and go on a ghost walk through the prison.  Time starts at 8pm and cost $75 a person.  This would be orginized through OSR not Kious Studio.

There will be 3 areas you can warm up in when you get cold.  One of which is the kitchen where we will have food and drink to help you warm up also.   Our Eastern State Penn shoot was the same weekend and we where out side the whole time and had no coat weather that day.  It was an awesome weather day for a shoot.  Even if it does snow it is a beautiful sight and adds to the pictures.  Even the OSR workers said this.

Also don't get booked up and then not send in your entry fee in time.  This happened to a couple of people at our last shoot and there was no room on the list because they waited till the last minute to send in entry fee.  So they had to cancel their entire shoot schedule.

Are you interested in coming or not?

If you're not interested in the event, then why do you keep coming back to the thread?

I can't believe I'm THIS excited when it's months away  ;/

Maybe this time around, we'll have some time to go out to eat with everyone after, unlike at ESP when we had to bomb back home with little to no sleep.

A get together would be fun after the shoot.  Anyone thinking of staying over friday night?

Ahhh, this is an amazing location.

Count me in as a MUA.

Ive been working on training myself with special fx make-up as well. Scars, bruising, blood, prosthetics, etc.

So anyone interested in "pretty" make-up or special fx/gore/blood, etc hit me up smile

Im also available for hair.

Kit fee will depend on whether you want multiple looks or just one and whether you would need assistance with hair.

This will be so fun!

I definitely have a few ideas, if you're interested in doing a few faces for me. I'm going all out on costumes...I'm just "challenged" when it comes to makeup, haha.

WOW! 10pages of responses. If you still have room for another photographer - I am definitely interested and could probably bring my son who is a model. (See my photos)

We have lots of room on the list yet.
This is to everyone interested and have not sent in entry fee;... Send in entry fee as soon as you can so you do not loose your place on the master list.
We are only accepting 40 photographers; everyone else is an unlimited amount.

Yellow box plan to come but have not yet sent payment.
Final list is below yellow box; they have sent payment.
